I already had a potato mashing set, and I thought that I'd try this set out, as it looked smaller than what I currently had. When I received it, they turned out to be almost twice the size of what I had. I wanted a smaller set as I thought it might work better for mashing in the glass disses that I use to cook the potatoes in. However, this set is almost much thicker than what I had, and it actually worked out better. So, while I was expecting and hoping for a smaller set, this larger set has replaced what I was using.They are very easy to clean under running water as well. I may still try to find a smaller set in the future, but I am very pleased with this mistake and can definitely recommend them to anyone who is interested.

Great deal for the price. My masher disappeared just before Thanksgiving. Got this which was a two for one. They're nice and sturdy and definitely serve my purpose of mashing potatoes once a year
