First off, the KOH is very good grade, but that isn't the reason I'm writing this review. The main reason is, this company proved itself to me over the past couple weeks, I'd recommend them highly, and will give a fairly brief explanation why.I ordered a few weeks ago 1lb of KOH, only to get home and find that USPS had messed it up, and wanted postage due. I contacted Essential Depot, and they immediately contacted me back to resolve it. Unfortunately, USPS being what it is, left a slip for postage due AGAIN... only this time with the dollars and cents transposed. First time was $17.10, next time $10.17. I contacted Essential Depot once more, and Sue immediately went to work resolving it, and shipped a replacement at no additional cost FedEx. However, FedEx then proceeded to drop the ball, and wouldn't leave it without me being home to get it, even with no signature required. FedEx would not let me just go to the facility to pick it up, after I was on the phone with them for nearly an hour, from agent to supervisor, ad nauseam. I contacted Sue at Essential, and she immediately resolved it with FedEx, made sure they held the package for me to pick up, and let me know exactly where to pick it up at. Additionally, she and Essential Depot refunded my money for the inconvenience, which they did not have to do and I would never have asked. I have never had a company go this far to make something right for me, and so they deserve some good words.In this day and age, such patience and kindness from anyone, companies included, is few and far between. Essential Depot proved themselves to me; they DO care about the customer. For that, I am thankful, and will be buying from them again, and I'd recommend them to anyone considering buying their products; if you're on the fence between them or a competitor, give these guys a chance. They go above and beyond the call of duty. To you all at Essential, and special shout out to Sue, you're great people and it was a pleasure.
