It works. However the dial is hard to adjust and when I use it as directed, there is little vibration. If I flip it over, the vibration is better.

I had same device for 2 years before any problem. This one had the plastic on one side of magnet fall off which affects how it works. I purchased this in May of this year.

This device really does what it is supposed to do. After using it for about two weeks I began to notice That I was coughing less; when I did cough it was productive. I believe my lungs are getting stronger too. I like the adjustable tension for the flutter valve. I can increase the tension when it becomes too easy for me to blow out my air.
