This printer is great. It is easy to set up and easy to use anywhere. It's not bulky, and does not get damaged easily. I have never had issues with paper jams or something not printing right. The quality of this printer is excellent for the price and I feel like I truly got an amazing deal for a wonderful product. Just a small disclaimer: Like other things that have been printed with a thermal printer, if you move or jostle your printed items too much, some of the printed document can fade. I would also not recommend taping over any of the printed text or images because the acid from the tape can bleach the paper. This is a great little printer for someone on the go for work or school. It is awesome for college students or workers on the go.

It was a great purchase. I am very happy with my printer. I have been using the printer for over 6 months now and have had no problems with it. It is very easy to use and can be taken with you when you travel.

I am sick of printers that work once and break or never even work at all. Ink is expensive and it always seems to run out too fast. This heat printer is awesome! I never have to worry again about ink or malfunctioning printers. This printer connects to Bluetooth quickly, it is portable, no paper jams at all, smudge resistant because there is no ink and has great print quality and a nice app to go with it.

I’m kind of obsessed with this because it’s a thermal printer that DOES NOT REQUIRE INK so you will never have to buy ink again. It performs well, no paper jams or technical issues. I had to get an app on my phone and took me a few mins to figure that part out. It’s thermal paper so don’t expect to print documents in high detail- it’s going to be intended for shipping labels, receipts, or anything with no color needed

This mini printer is awesome. Great value for your money. Very compact. Great for travel. Easy to set up. This is a definite must have for space saving and printing on the go.

I got tired of replacing my ink cartridges in my HP mobile printer, so thought I'd try this out. My main use is printing invoices for customers on site. I think it fills that role just fine. It was easy to set up and to start printing. It's smaller than my HP which is a nice plus. The only thing I'm having issues with is printing with flat fold paper. I've tried a couple of brands and for the life of me I can't get it to work. The paper rolls are just fine, so that's probably what I'll stick with until I get that hiccup sorted out. All in all it prints clearly and no slower than my HP Mobile 100. I'll be interested to see how long the prints last being that it is a thermal printer. The paper cutter takes a second or two to practice with but it isn't difficult to get a clean rip after your print done. All in all, for the price, I'm happy with the purchase.

I love this product. It is so light and super easy to use. It is kind of no brain use of product. Just press the button and boom…your printing is out in second. Quality printing not so bad, it is clear and visible. That’s all the matter.

Connecting this printer to various devices has proven to be more complicated than I anticipated. Despite the challenges, I must acknowledge that the thermal printing quality is impressive—both precise and easily readable. However, if I were given the chance to purchase this printer again or recommend it to someone else, I might hesitate. The setup process is quite tricky, primarily because the manufacturer insists that you use their proprietary app for all functions. This requirement creates an unusual experience; instead of the typical straightforward method of sending documents directly to the printer, everything must be routed through their app, which can be quite frustrating. Overall, while the printing quality is commendable, the connectivity issues significantly detract from the overall user experience.

I was a little skeptical of a portable printer but decided to give it a try. The printer has a small footprint, which is great since I don't have a lot of space, and the print speed is DECENT for the size (don't expect it to spit out pages and pages in seconds), at around a page per 15-20 seconds, it works for what I need it.Installation was pretty simple and I've been able to print both from PDF and in Word format. Three downsides that I have, which is why I rated at 4 stars:(1) you need to buy separate thermal paper sheets because otherwise the rolls that come with the printer will result in curled up paper.(2) the printer does not recognize when your printing 1 page vs more than 1 page. For example, if you're printing a 2-page paper, it won't stop after the first page to let you rip it and then print the second one, it will just print a long scroll with both pages on there. If you buy separate thermal paper, you can buy the pre-perforated one that will allow you to have separate pages.(3) the quality of the printing is decent, but not great. Again, it works for the purposes I bought, so I am not as worried about the quality. But, if you're wanting the same quality as you would get with an ink printer, I don't think this is it.Overall, good for what I need it, convenient, and the price is reasonable.
