5 star reviews are often exaggerated or inaccurate but I truly havr no complaints after a dozen loads. This unit fits on my kitchen counter with ease and the included water inlet hose was actually rubber and is easy to fit onto a faucet as if you're filling a water balloon. I still use a bucket to fill it faster sometimes. There's a fill line inside and you have to turn off the water manually (or stop pouring). I feed the drain hose into the sink and I'm all set for easy laundry on the countertop. After the wash cycle, I drain and refill once to rinse. The spin dryer is about half the capacity of the washerso you'll typically dry a load in 2 parts. You'll still need to hang your close to finish drying but for portable unit, the spin cycle is quite strong. I'm in an upstairs apartment with no laundry machines inside, so my options are going downstairs to use often occupied machines that cost over 4 USD to wash and dry or go out to a laundromat to save time but spend more money. I tried skipping the dryer to save a buck but it still felt like extra work carrying wet clothes back upstairs to dry.

This did not come with a good "How to" instruction booklet, so it was frustrating to use. I obviously don't want to use it incorrectly, so I checked YouTube to see if there was a video on how to use it correctly. The closest instructional video I found to this specific model, was just a person guessing how to use it as well--doing the same things I was already doing. I guess that's good? It gets the job done for the most part, but I am worried constantly that there's something I should be doing differently.

I use this about once a week and wash 2-3 loads each time. You have to be very careful not to overfill the basket if you want your laundry to come out clean and the spin basket seems kind of flimsy to me so I never press very hard. Even so, my laundry is always sparkling clean and the soon cycle works great! I LOVE this little washer!* UPDATE: the seller was very eager to ensure that I was 100% delighted with this product and replaced my defective unit in less than a week after contacting them. I AM 100% delighted with this new washer and look forward to using fur a long time. The replacement unit seems much more sturdy with stronger motors for agitation, draining, and spinning. I am using it right now and have zero complaints!My only issue with it is that a leak has developed after 2 months of use. It leaks like a seive during the spin cycle and leaks slowly the rest of the time. Even after draining, there is a little water that stays in the bottom under the baskets and it now leaks out all over my floor overnight after laundry day. It nearly ruined a rug in the bedroom where I keep it when it's not in use. I keep it on a rolling utility stand to give it a little more height and make it easier to move around. The size is great and it isn't noisy at all. It just requires some attention to make sure the cycles are switched on time. If it wasn't for the leak that started last Saturday, I'd recommend it to everyone I know!

This washer holds a large amount of clothes but doesn’t drain completely. I use my bathtub shower head to fill the tub because it’s faster but I have to sit it on a platform level with the tub for it to drain most of the water out. Still leaves a small amount of water in the hose, which tells me there’s water still sitting in the bottom of the washer. I’m just waiting for it to start stinking and making my clothes smell.I’m seriously considering returning this product and shop for a different one. Not that happy. I do not recommend this product!

The water splashes up to the lid and water leaks from the lid. After washing and spinning 2 towels, the spinner was thrown off track and acted like a pair of sneakers smashing around at a slow rate.

I wanted to buy this after my apartment building increased the coin amount for the community washer that sees little to no maintenance. I looked around at these products and saw good and bad reviews about them but decided to buy it anyways.I have a few tips if you're sketchy on this like I was. First, DO NOT CHALLENGE THE WEIGHT. I believe most people who've put negative reviews after 2 washes it broke was because of overloading or oversudding, and I have the 28lb load I do not try to even go close to that weight load. I try to keep the tub around 1/2 each time. I've kept myself to 3 pairs of jeans, or I did use 4 adult XL hoodies (which was sketchy but it pulled through). Second, I've seen negative reviews about the spin cycle breaking rather quickly, and I believe that comes to the overloading. If I'm washing said 3 jeans or 4 hoodies, I put each piece of clothing in individually and run the spin. It takes 2 minutes for it to get to just a dampen state where you can hang dry them. ALSO NOTE ON SPIN: There is a child safety mechanism on the lid of the spin tub. If you open that lid it will brake itself which I can see how people have their's break on them. Let it stop on its own. Third, the hose system for the water tap, I just fill it manually with one gallon bucket at a time (for the 1/2 load I use its about 5-6 gallons) and if you're using HE detergent with a 1-5 measuring cup, you don't need more than 2 at absolute max.This machine is semi-automatic and won't do what a traditional full washer will do. You have to put in some work to use it, but if you treat it for what it is, it works just fine and does exactly what is described of it.
