This is a good travel piano for beginners. We bring this for longer family trips for our younger beginner kid so he doesn't go too long without practicing. We like the folding function which makes it easy to pack. The battery operation makes it easy to knock out a quick 30 minute practice session without having to plug in and wire manage.Do not expect the best sound quality or perfectly balanced keys.

Good value for a piano that is portable. My purchase criteria when deciding to buy this piano was as follows:1) Portability & Durability2) Keys: look & feel3) Authenticity of play: plays like a real piano/keyboard4) SoundMy top 3 criteria have been satisfied:1) Portability & Durability: Piano folds and is stored in an included carrying bag — it fits in the overhead compartment of a 737 airplane, and the piano seems sturdy enough to last2) Keys - look & feel: with the exception of the keys being a bit wider than normal, the keys play like a piano having some proper weight to them when pressed down3) Authenticity of play - plays like a real Piano: fr the nice key press feel and weight, to the ability to play multiple notes at once, my kids are able to practice their music brilliantlyThe biggest negative about this keyboard, and it does not meet my criteria of:4) Sound: the keyboard sounds lack vibrancy and carry a monotone toy keyboard for infants ‘eque sound and vibe. For this reason I removed 1-star

For what this keyboard cost, it’s fairly decent for sound. Keys are a bit stiff, but I think for what I will use it for it will be fine. Easy to transport in its carrying case. Easy to set up. Fun sounds for kiddos. The fact it has a battery and I don’t have to be close to power is a great feature…probably the best.

I love that it’s full-sized with 88 keys, yet folds up for easy portability—perfect for practice on the go or small spaces. The sound quality is impressive, with rich tones that feel professional. Setting it up is a breeze, and it’s sturdy despite its compact design. Overall, a fantastic digital piano for both beginners and experienced players looking for convenience without compromising quality!

Great price and a great product. This was exactly what I had been looking for as my mom is learning piano and I live in a small apartment. It was the perfect gift. The keys are not like keyboards at all. They are not as heavy as wooden ones, but they are heavy enough for piano players. The sound is good --nothing like the acoustics of a real piano, but this is electric, so people need to be mindful. My mom was able to study during my work meetings and nighttime without any issues because she would just plug the earpieces. She was also able to connect it to music learning apps and that was amazing.Overall, a great purchase for the price.

The unit comes promptly. It folds in half easily. Great for storage. It has variable touch sensitive volume, different instrument voices, a number of demo songs, a metronome, and a sustain pedal. Built-in speaker output is decent, but not outstanding; using an external mini jack speaker provides a better sound. I would not use this in a concert, but for practicing at home, especially one that cannot accommodate a permanent keyboard. This is ideal. No complaints. Recommended.

Pro keyboardist here. I was intrigued by the low price and the COOL design (why oh why hasn't this been done earlier!?). So I took a shot. I know this is inexpensive so I didn't expect much, but honestly the convenience of toting a light, not-way-too-long bag in/out of the car was enough to pull the trigger. I expected cheap workings, tinny sound, and the most basic of features.BOY was I wrong! This thing is ingeniously loaded with sounds (over 120), rhythms, even 4 different metronome sounds! Plus you can USB it into a MIDI environment (i.e. DAI/DAW) and even pump external tones (say from Logic or GarageBand) back into it. It charges with USB so no power chord needed! Very light, and very thin... this is a superb practice instrument. The pianos sound frankly awesome for this type of instrument. Now... yes, the speakers are kind of tinny but they ARE very loud. All I've had to do is to amp 'em up to a decent one (need a 1/4 to 1/8 adapter) and wow! They sound great when an amp brings out all the lower frequencies (which aren't really pronounced on the in-house speakers). This piano also comes with a chintzy plastic-y pedal (used for sustain for me), but again it works and it's in line with lightness and portability. Also comes with an adequate music stand (slots in), airplane-style cheap headphones (but hey, you get 'em), even a laminated key ID chart!I will tell you that this is totally on the ball, these guys were thinking out of the box. And best of all the thing folds in HALF and stores in a molded bag no larger than maybe a trumpet case! How great you can easily slide this into any vehicle without the "too long" problems! And it's light as I said. Now all this understanding, this is obviously meant for beginner or new students. The keys are textured and "fake weighted" like some synths out there - nothing like a real piano feel, but there IS a decent resistance and even velocity (i.e hit light/soft, hit harder/louder). Amazing frankly. And anyone who knows a thing or two about sound can wire this thing up to sound almost as good as any expensive e-piano out there, really! (I just used it at a gig and through my Fender amp with some EQ it was stunningly realistic!).For beginners and the like this is awesome. For seasoned players (like me) this is IDEAL for taking to informal practices (not dress rehearsals) popping out and setting up. I thought I'd use this for a bit, laugh at the earnest effort, and stow or sell. Nope! Until someone comes out with a tech upgrade or whatnot, this thing will work very very well to avoid lugging your heavy stuff to practices etc. And again, with some sound know-how you could get away with using it for performances IMHO. I love this thing... it'll never replace my main pianos at home, but traveling around for practice - you bet.Awesome design, and pretty darn good build. What's not to like at that price?

I took piano lessons for six years, but my apartment just couldn't fit a piano until I found this!! I'm quite happy with it ❤️ I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a small piano for a small space! I literally play it in my armchair with it perched on the arms

Honestly I feel like my disappointment with the product is on me as maybe my expectations were too high when I bought it, but this keyboard really sounds awful. it's probably great for beginners to learn and it's nice that it's easy to store, but it's unusable for anyone that wants to play to accompany themselves while singing as the sound is really really bad from the speakers. If this is what you're looking for from a keyboard, don't make the same impulsive decision to buy this one because it's cheap.

To make a long story short, I lost my electronic piano in a tornado in 2021. After moving into our new home, I thought I could do without a keyboard, but I was wrong. So I started looking for something that would fit in a small space as I had not planned to purchase a new piano. I saw the demonstrations for this foldable piano and was so excited to find something that could be folded and stored in a small place. It works beautifully! It is simple to open and close, the sound quality is just fine, and it has many tones and a metronome built-in. I am so pleased I found this keyboard at the price I paid. Absolutely worth every penny!

I bought this as a travel practice piano, and at that it excels on all fronts. It has 88 keys, folds in half, is light, has a carrying case, and is more or less touch sensitive. Now make no mistake, these keys feel terrible and the thing sounds like a toy... which it could very well be for some buyers... but what can you expect for $150? It will do until something more serious comes along, and I am convinced that it will in a few years. It sounds much better if you attach it to an amp/speaker system. One caveat: the ad touts that it has bluetooth, which I assumed meant that you could attach it to BT speakers or head phones. Nope. You can use the piano as bluetooth speakers. I guess that makes a sort of sense, since the display and controls are minimal, and there is no good way to select a BT output device to link to. There may be a way to do it that I haven't found yet, but the documentation is minimal and was no help. The fold-up hinge seems solid, and yes, you can put it on a piano stand after it's unfolded without it suddenly folding up on you.I am a classical pianist, so I want the keyboard to feel as close to an acoustical grand piano as possible. This doesn't. It's unsettling how the spring loaded keys follow your fingers back up as you play, but you can get used to it. The keys are not weighted, of course, and it would be much less portable if they were.I also want to hear accoustical instrument sounds from my digital pianos, and the many instruments you can select on this keyboard ALL sound as digital AF. Honestly they all sound pretty similar. But for a portable practice piano, I'm happy that it makes any sound at all. I have not tried using it as a MIDI instrument attached to a PC and using a sampled VSTI piano to get a natural sound, but theoretically that should work. Will try it on my next long trip.Eh, it is what it is, and it's better than toting my decade-old metal-bodied digital piano with the fully weighted keys, which weighs a ton. For what it is, it's a great buy at $150.
