Work well to keep me cool at work. I work in a factory that doesn't have A/C and I needed something to help keep me cool. These little fans have nice airflow.

I purchased this item before, and it was very effective and cooling during outdoor events. However, my second time buying them for my son and I they did not work. We had a lot of hot days at his track meet, and it was really hard to fill any of the cooling from the fan

I found that a combination of these fans and a Dollar Store spray bottle works the best. My daily exercise is a 2.7 mile walk in the brutal Florida heat. Today, in mid-July, the Heat Index (or “feels like” temperature) was 107F, 41.7C. Misting water in my face and running the fans on high allowed me to walk much longer before I needed to find a shady place to sit and rest. Don’t expect this to be like a personal air conditioner; just expect it to be less uncomfortable, but well worth the price. The run time on a full charge is 4ish hours on high speed. It uses an 18650 flat top battery. The only down sides are: takes a few hours to charge, can catch long hair and the build quality isn’t the best. I wouldn’t expect it to last a really long time. I bought several to have a spare and gave some as gifts. One of the fans didn’t run, but simply popping off the fan guard and snapping the blade back into position solved the problem.

I really liked it at first and especially the light indicator to make clear when it was charging. However, after a month of use, the battery only works for 4 hours and it keeps catching wisps of my hair (when it is up!!!!) to the point that one side of the fan only works at low power on the highest setting. I don’t even care that much about the charting issue, but now I have a fan that doesn’t work. If you have long hair, I would recommend getting a fan with a larger cage around the blades so there is less risk of hair getting caught.

My family and I frequent Disney often. We always see people with fans around their necks and it always seemed like a good idea but never bought any. Well, FL in July is ridiculously hot so we finally bought some for an upcoming trip. They worked beautifully. The fan has 3 settings, which were all surprisingly strong and light, for such little fans. These fans really helped us in the FL heat for 3 days! For the price, these are definitely worth it.

In Texas we have really hot summers. This neck fan has helped me get through summer outdoor events quite well. Works great and charges quickly. Performs as well, if not better, than the more expensive neck fans some of my friends have. Great value.

The battery is hard to decipher, cannot understand (-) or (+) end. The battery does not charge at all. No light feedback to see if charging is underway. The start button is small, does not start the fans at all. No manual no instruction of any sort. Simple piece of machine, but just doesn't work.

Pros: Once charged, this unit runs about 8 hrs or more on the lowest fan setting which is plenty strong enough. It does take a long time to charge though.Cons: The charge cord is a ridiculously short 6 inches long, so to make it more useful you’ll probably need to purchase a longer charging cord for it. Other than that I was impressed with its performance.
