I have had several of these pocket "mesh" nebulizers. They are all generally similar and work well with the "mesh" nebulization technology. This nebulizer, as with most of them, they all have a small chamber where you can put your medicine. The top snaps shut securely. The whole nebulizer head can be removed from the power supply for washing. The nebulizer comes with two size masks (adult and child) as well as mouth adapter.Once the unit is turned on, the mist is generated almost immediately and provides a nice density mist that is comfortable to use and can be adjusted to two levels. Plus there is a cleaning mode that should be used after each use to keep the nebulizer screen clean and the unit clean for the next use. What I like about this SPECIFIC MODEL is....1. It's easy to use and understand. A single button controls all functions. It turns off automatically.2. The unit can be run on two AA batteries, which is a great feature to be able to use away from an electric connection.3. The unit can be run without batteries by using the connector cord! The cord is about 3 feet long, which is longer than a typical charger cord, but you will need to connect to your phone type charger (not supplied). I also ran it off of a power bank that I had.The only item that I found a bit confusing on this product was the installation of the AA batteries. It's not very clear how to orient the batteries. I used "trial and error" to get the right battery orientation for the unit to work. Not a big deal, but it's something that could be more clear. (BTW...I marked the orientation with a marker on the inside of the battery hatch once I had it figured out.)Overall, I give this unit a 5 star rating. It's compact. Great function. And a variety of power sources that are useful.Highly recommended.

Works Great. Easy to clean. Easy to use. Helps me out a lot. I have used it a few times on the battery, however most of time I just hook it up to my computer and read while it goes. It has a nice little bag for travel. There is no noise at all just a lot of vaper when you use it. When I am done, I just fill it with water and run again to clean it out. My doctor recommended it and said it works just as well as the more expensive ones.

The face mask were so distorted from the way they were packaged, they were pretty much useless. An adult may possibly have dealt with having to hold the mask open to shape, but do not expect this from a child. So thankfully being somewhat resourceful, I took a heat gun and reformed the mask to their almost originally intended shape. Now they should be usable instead of just trash. Oops, spoke too soon. The following day, both masks had partially deformed back to their crushed shape. I pulled out the heat gun and reshaped them one more time. We will see if it holds. The nebulizer also came with a nice little storage bag. I don't think I would try and store the mask in that bag, or you would end up with more distorted mask. The nebulizer seems to run a tad more verbose when plugged into a 5V supply as opposed to battery power. The difference is very slight, and that is a good thing. My initial impression is that it works pretty well. I was also surprised it is totally silent when running. I tried snowing the nubulizer running in one of the photos, but you can only faintly see the mist. The output was better than depicted in the photo.I have read nothing but good things from using a nebulizer, and have desired trying one for use with saline, peroxide, and iodine. Every time I end up with some sort of “crude”, I wish I had bought one. The next time I have sinus trouble, a bad cold, or forbid the flu, I will be better equipped to fight back.

The unit is very compact and portable. It produces a good volume of mist almost instantly upon turning on. One press on the power button for strong/adult stream, 2 presses for low or child stream and 3rd press for off. Takes 2 AA batteries. Instructions for batteries are not helpful so you just need to put one in one direction and the other the opposite until it works. The instructions are what you might expect from someone trying to do English but not quite getting it although it's pretty easy to figure out and the instructions can be understood with thoughtful attention. It comes with adult and child size mask as well as a tube for just mouth application. I have recently been diagnosed with ILD and so this is something I will be using to keep my lungs moist and I feel it does a good job. I can keep it at my desk during the day to occasionally use it as needed. I'm just using saline solution but it also can take medication solution. It does come with two straps for the masks but I did not use the strap. I just hold the mask against my face over nose and mouth and you can exhale with the mask on as it has vents on the side yet the vents don't seem to let out any vapor as you inhale. This can also be used for voice support if you are a singer or speaker, asthma and other ailments however only use solution designed for a nebulizer as it does have sensitive sensors and a mesh aspect mentioned in the instructions. I did not see anything that looks like mesh but it recommends using water, 75% alcohol and medical grade cotton to clean the unit.
