It is pretty, light weight but sturdy, and fits my 17" laptop leaving plenty of room for my mmouse. I work remotely and this will make working from my recliner vs always sitting at my desk all the time much easier!! The price ( I paid $39.99) is spot on for what it is. Other similar styles for more $ look CHEAP !!!

Love this lap desk for long car trips. Comfy and keeps the heat off your lap. Lots of room for my phone and mouse pad.

Literally using this as I write this review! It is big enough to hold by 17" laptop, mouse and iPhone. Easy to wipe off and clean. Wrist and under pad substantial but not bulky. Good value, highly recommend.

Very comfortable. Great padding. The lip is large enough to keep the laptop from sliding off.I get we're trying to find a balance with the mousepad where it moves freely but also stays put when you let go of it. I think they did a pretty good job with this - maybe it could be a little less grippy but it's very usable. Mileage probably varies depending on your mouse.

I bought this so i could use my laptop while watching TV in my recliner. I measured the distance between the arms and this stand gives me plenty of clearance. My laptop is a 17 inch and i have plenty of room to use my mouse and position the laptop in a comfortable position. over all this stand fulfills everything i need it too.Now for the almost perfect caveat.I the phone holder and tablet holder are not functional for this stand. It does hold the phone and it is in a good place but it keeps tipping forward. In order for the phone to not tip forward you have to lift the front of the stand up several inches. The slots should have been slanted back so this wouldn't happen so not sure how this was missed in the design phase. so if you need to have your phone or tablet visible while using this stand i would recommend passing on this one. but if you need a good sturdy, comfortable laptop stand for bigger laptops without the use of phone, i can definitely recommend this one.

This lap desk is very sturdy. The non-slip pad keeps your mouse in place so your cursor doesn't constantly slip down to the taskbar. The cushions on the bottom could be a little taller. It tends to trap heat from your legs if you use it without moving for too long. That might be a good thing though. When it gets too warm, I know it's time to get up and move around a little. The wrist rest extends the entire length of the desk making it comfortable for any device and also keeps it in place. The convenient carrying handle is well attached to use for carrying the empty desk or to assist you in moving it from another surface with your devices on it.Overall, it is an excellent replacement for my older, smaller lap desk.
