Not durable, stitching pulled apart on pole casing only after the second time using. Poles would not stay attached to connectors. Classroom of students wrote a grant to support funding of this purchase and were very excited but then very disappointed with the quality.

We bought this for our youth group, and it is not sturdy enough for teenagers. It has broken and been mended too many times and is now useless. I've missed the return window because we only use it on a once-a-week basis, so after four breaks it was toast and I couldn't send it back.

The PVC connectors cracked after very little use, and then more and more broke. They are smaller than a standard 1/2” coupling, so I am not being able to replace them.

We absolutely love this portable gaga ball pit! It's such a relief that it comes with everything we need: a ball and pump, along with a convenient carry bag that opens from the end, making it effortless to pack back up. Plus, the bonus small carry bag for all the connectors is a nice touch, ensuring they stay organized and don't clutter the main bag.One of the main reasons we opted for this model was to avoid the hassle of an electric pump, and I especially appreciated the absence of a metal base, which could potentially cause harm to our little ones' knees if they took a tumble. While setting it up initially required some time, once I got the hang of it, assembly was actually a breeze.The net is made of durable mesh material, and they included extra PVC parts, though possibly unnecessary, provides peace of mind for any unforeseen circumstances. We recently took it camping, and when the kids weren't engaged in active play, it offered them a spacious area to roam while still keeping them safely contained. It's been an absolute game-changer for our family outings!

Compared to the other options, this was the only one that did not require a plug or battery-operated pump to use and the sticks in our yard made me nervous. I love that there is no electric required so we could bring it down to the park or to the beach. (And it is a lot cheaper) The setup takes some time and is best done with a partner. It is huge! The net can be a bit tight but once it is altogether it's solid. The main carry bag is easy to use and fits all the pieces, I really like that there is a small carry bag included as well for storing all the connectors. They also included 2 extra of every pvc pipe, & connector I guess in case of breakage but unless someone falls on it I don’t see there being any issue. Overall, I am very happy with this item 5 stars!
