this one works well with Japanese futon dryer. I never used with regular dryer but if you have futon dryer , this item works well with it

After washing a load of laundry, I put 3 shirts and a pair of cotton shorts to dry in the bag. The hair dryer set up was a little concerning to me, but everything went better than planned. Secured the hairdryer with the velcro and pullstring making sure there were no obstructions the hairdryer. The force of the hairdryer air kind of makes the whole bag float, so the hairdryer doesn't lay on the floor. Clothes were almost completely dry in just under 13min. There was just some ever so slight dampness on the hem of the clothes. I was impressed.Some things to take note: (1) I would not leave the drying unattended for safety purposes. (2) The hairdryer can be loud. But 10-15min is how long some people take to dry their hair. So maybe that is normal hairdryer use. (3) Careful removing the clothes by their hanger. It will be hot. (4) I can see the probability of the bag ripping at the junction where the bag hose connects to the garment bag. You just have to gently guide it when it inflates upon turning on the hairdryer.

Kinda annoying to assemble and disassemble with each use but does what it’s supposed to.

I travel the world, and this dryer bag helps eliminate the worry of how and where to dry your laundry. I have purchased other dryers with a motored component, but they can only hold a little and take a long time. I haven't been to a hotel anywhere that doesn't have a blow dryer in the bathroom. All you need to do is connect it to the arm of this bag, and even at the hottest setting, I have not had any problems. The bag has a large capacity, and I use the closet hangers and can hang 4 shirts or 3-4 pairs of pants to dry at a time. While you are drying the larger items, if you throw socks and underwear on the bottom of the bag, it will also dry. The hardest part is finding a place to hang the bag near an outlet to plug in the hair dryer. If there is no bar to hang in the bathroom, I hung the bag from the shower door. Depending on how much clothes you have to dry, be prepared to leave the blow dryer going for an hour or two or even more, but so far, this is the best solution I have found. With the other plug-in portable dryer, I had to worry about the power difference depending on the country I was in. If it's too high, it will knock out the heating element, and with a lower voltage, it will not blow or heat up as much and take much longer. So, even though this bag seems so simple and flimsy, I have definitely put it to the test, and it works well!

I am puzzled by this item. Supposedly your clothes are dried by an hair dryer? This came in a plastic bag with no instructions. The drying bag itself is thin and flimsy. The fabric it's made from makes a loud crinkly sound when it's touched. I would be afraid to put anything like an hair dryer into the air slot as it feels like it would cause a fire because the material is very thin and could catch fire. I expected a stronger material and a better product. The air slot is very long, 18" and a width of 6", you put the end of an hair dryer in the slot, secure it with velcro and tighten it with a draw string. How do you keep the hair dryer up? Do you hold it until everything's dried? I honestly can't see how hot air from an hair dryer has that much heat and power to dry even one piece of clothing. The bag, when not in use, comes with a 12" by 13" drawstring bag which I know I won't be able to get it into. I probably will use it to hang delicates inside it as a way to protect them or as a way to store an handmade quilt. If you take this to a motel/hotel and use the hair dryer that comes with your room, please don't leave the room for safety reasons or an even better idea would be for motels/hotels to provide these portable clothes drying bags along with hair driers, just be sure to have instructions in how to use them!

We like to pack light. We always have wet bathing suits and towels that never dry in the room. Looking forward to using this. It is small, light and will fit easily in a suitcase.

This portable clothes dryer is very lightweight and folds up small. I keep it in the RV and use it when traveling as I don't like all the residue in the public machines. After washing, roll the clothes in a towel to remove excess water, then put up to 6 clothes items on hangers inside this dryer bag. Make sure to have space been the hangers so the clothes are not up against each other. This lets the hot air circulate around the clothes. The dryer bag can hang from a closet rod or shower curtain rod as long as it isn't too heavy. The hair dryer is connected to the port at the bottom of the bag to provide the heat to dry the clothes. It takes about an hour to dry the clothes and the biggest downfall is the clothes are not tumbled so they end up a bit stiff. But, I prefer it this way over using the laundromat. I like the light weight of the bag and that it doesn't take up a lot of space in the RV. I even take it when flying as it goes in the suitcase easily, too.
