My first dryer arrived with a missing piece so I was unable to assemble it. I couldn't find a contact number or email on the amazon website for the company so I had to return it and get a replacement.The replacement came quickly.I tested this unit using clothes washed in a portable washer and were spin dried for 6 minutes.ProsAssembly was easy and it creates a sturdy clothes rack. ( I didn't install the center bar in the middle section it would have interfered with hanging adult size clothes.)The heater is quiet and heating the interior of the dryer to over 115 degrees fahrenheit in less than 15 minutes.Clothes dried quickly.the unit is easy to move and light weightWithout the center bar it holds over 8 long sleeved adult shirts and 3 pairs of pant without touching each other to give room for air circulationConsThe size of the unit only allows you to use 1 level for drying adult shirts and pants unless you fold them in half.The control for the heater is at the bottom of the unit making so you almost have to get on the floor to adjust time.Because there is no vent to the outside the hot air fills the room raising the room temp as well. Something to think about on a hot day.Unless you want to take it apart between uses it can be bulky to store. It could be used as extra storage space if you need more space.Overall I am happy with this for what it is. I will continue to use it and play around with it. I don't think it will replace a regular dryer for towels or anything that benefits from the fluffing action of a tumbling dryer but it a good option many clothes.

Really like this product, very convenient to use. Set up was very easy. Doesn’t make a lot of noise either. All round good product, fits most items but would like it to be a little more spacious to fit more items as it can be a bit cramped when you have the middle bar in. It does get quite hot so dries clothes fairly well and quickly, just depends on how many items are in it and how wet the clothes are, you may need to leave on for longer. So far very durable, no issue with use.

Install was simple and easy to follow, for amount of clothing drying which is about 20 items have to dry at Max time love it works great

My clothes dry better just hanging. It stays damp longer in this unit and heater has to run for a very long tune. At least I have an extra space heater out of it.

I’m completely dissatisfied and frustrated with this product.I have to turn it on for 180 minutes twice and the shirts are still Wet. The machine should be more powerful. It is an excellent and revolutionary concept with a crap machine.I wouldn’t recommend it at all.
