This product is cheaply made!! I used as a ball pit for my 2 year old. The fabric started to rip in the first 6 months. Now less than a year into owning this, the top support bar bent in half and CUT his hand when he was trying to climb out! The metal became very sharp at the break which made it come right through the fabric when he grabbed on. After this injury, I inspected further and found the hoop pole was almost entirely broken, I just didn’t see it before because again, it was under fabric.My son is only 33lbs right now (less for most of the use of this product). I know 1 year olds that weigh close to that so this product is really only safe for infants. Make sure as soon as they are able to hang from the top bar and attempt to climb out, you discontinue use or better yet, find a better product to purchase in the first place.

Bought this as an alternative to the more traditional ball pits because it would hold more balls and I thought it would hold up better. I bought it April 8th or 9th, it is the end of May and it is coming apart. My daughter isn't even 2, I help her in and out of it, and she isn't any more rough on it than a typical toddler would be. She loved it at first but, in the past month or so she barely uses it. For reference we have almost 1500 ball pit balls in it plus a few of her other larger bounce balls and it is almost half full. Great product aside from it literally coming apart at the seems. If you're looking for something to last long term, may consider a different product. It would be great for infants who maybe don't move much or if you're not planning on using it a ton.

I cant say enough good things about this pen. Our dog needed surgery and vet recommended a soft sided pen for recovery. We got this and put a thick plastic tub liner at the bottom for right after operation for grip and accidents (removed it after he was recovered), but we never got rid of this pen. He LOVES it. He still sleeps in it 2 years later. Love that it is spacious, there is no top for easy access and no hard sides for him to hurt himself. I didnt get this as a ball pit but can attest to its durability…our vet now recommends it to all of his surgery patients. It was a literal lifesaver.

Bought this for my 10 month old grandbaby that was staying with me for a few weeks and she seemed to enjoy the space. She could grab on the sides and walk around the pen with ease.It's easy to set up and very sturdy. I'd recommend this, you can set it up on the deck in the summer and don't have to worry about little ones falling down the stairs.I will be buying plastic balls to go inside so she can have a ball pit!

Works fantastic as a ball pit. I just rigged up a pool noodle and bungie cord for by the door so the balls don't roll out constantly. Very roomy- I've had 3 kids aged 4/5 playing in there at once and they loved it. Easy to put together as well (although the polls had a coating on them that got on my hands).

Probably one of the best purchases I’ve made. Very quick and easy to set up, my son loves playing in there. When I put him in it I have piece of mind that he is safe. There is lots of space for him to move around and play but It does take up a lot of space being 5ft x 5ft. The only negatives I can think of is I don’t really care for the basketball hoop but other then that it’s awesome!

I bought this for my son’s 2 birthday party and it was a hit! I only had about 520 balls and it no where near filled the pit but it was a decent amount that it was too much to clean later. It wasn’t too hard to put together just follow the pictures. There were about 5 kids ages 1-6 in at one time and it held up pretty good. The only down side to this was there’s no way to easily get in and out with balls inside. You can’t use the door or the balls come out and the walls were kind of high for the kids to get in. The pretty much were just throwing themselves in with the help of a stool. So if you don’t mind helping your kiddos in and out this is great!

Love love love, got this for Christmas for my kids age 6 & 1.5 and they love it. Actually big enough for an adult to sit in there with them and sturdy enough to stand up to the 6 year old climbing in and out over the sides. Works great to keep my toddler contained in a safe place for a few minutes as he hasn’t figured out the zipper yet. The balls do roll out if you unzip all the way but sometimes I leave it zipped just half way so he can crawl in and out and it’s not to bad. He actually likes picking up the balls and throwing them back in.

Really nice, looks actually like the picture...it does have a thin bottom so if you dnt have carpet you will be needing bottom padding for comfort...I had foam tiles that I doubled up on and placed inside...added some play balls...Easy to put together. Also it is bigger than most people pictured ...but I think my baby loves it.

We purchased this for our 7 month boy, in order to give him more room than a pack and play. We believe that the space and security of this pit had allowed the baby to work on his coordination and strength.It definitely has more room than a play pen. I, myself have gotten in there to play with him with no issues.The frame poles are light but sturdy metal. The mesh gives the baby the ability to see what's happening and more importantly we can see what he is doing. He does use the mesh as a wall to get up, so far no issues with it ripping or degrading in quality. The zipper feels like it's a little flimsy however that's not an issue for us because we don't use the entrance, we simply put the baby in and out without that feature. This pit's floor isn't matted. We bought a puzzle foam mat to put on the inside, and it's a good thing because we have wood floors and he has taken a few falls.

The playpen is nice and big. When I'm tired I get in there with her and lay down. Then I know she can't wander and I get to close my eyes.The bottom is not padded at all and sits directly on the floor. We have an 8x6 yoga mat beneath it. It does not feel too cheap or flimsy as other reviews have stated. Baby is 8 months old and leans her face into the mesh sometimes.We did wipe all the poles before assembly as other's commented that they were dirty. They did need the wipe down but not as dirty as I expected from the comments.Blue colour is attractive. No sharp parts. Came with all the required pieces. Instructions were fine.Two of us put it together in under ten minutes.Happy with it
