This spray was the perfect finish to my new top. Make sure to mask off all the areas you do not want overspray and wear a respirator when applying. Works well.

The top protectant gives the convertible top a deep black, almost new look. The directions make it clear you must tape off the windows and car body from the top before applying. After that application is easy.

I occasionally deep clean with Porsche top cleaner/shampoo. Be sure to let dry before applying the Porsche Top Protectant, after you've taken time to protect paint and windows. Spray the protectant according to instructions and let dry completely. This stuff works and Amazon sells it for less than a dealer. I've trusted this product for 20 years on a top that still looks good.... not new, but people ask me when I had it replaced and are surprised to hear it's the original top.

Take the time to cover you glass and paint and spray away. Water beads up like a dream. I did my initial time with 2 coats and have enough in the can left for 5 or 6 more.

アルファ4Cスパイダーのオープントップに使用しましたが、リンスした髪の毛のようなツヤが生まれました！すばらしい。脱着式のルーフなので、金属、ゴム部分をマスキングしてスプレーするだけで、趙簡単。耐久性は、これから様子見です。

20年前のポルシェ986ボクスター(2001年式）のソフトトップに施工しました。スプレーなので、ガラスやボディーにつかないように、しっかり、マスキングしました。スプレーは２回行いました。すぐに、撥水効果があるのはあたりまえですので、2ヶ月後の様子をお伝えします。この2ヶ月間に、２週間に１回の水洗い、雨天時の走行２時間３回、合計７回程度、水をかけたことになります。写真は、2ヶ月後の洗車時の、撥水の様子です。参考になれば、いいのですが。

This seems to be a good product, I previously tried 303 convertible top protectant and this works at least as well. But where this product excels is in the application - because this is an aerosol spray it is MUCH easier to apply than the pump spray products. It seems to provide good beading of water except in the heaviest of downpours, and I'm not sure any product will bead up in a pounding rain. So far I've only tried the 303 product and this one, and I prefer this one due to the ease of application.You still need to tape off your windows and surrounding bodywork to protect against overspray, but it's much easier to get an even application with this product.I probably used a little over half the can to treat the top of my Audi A3 cabriolet, but I went ahead and used up the entire can giving it a second coat. Hopefully this stuff will last a year, and then I can just buy a new can rather than try to keep up with a half-empty can and end up short during the next application. $22 per year to protect my top isn't that much.

My Audi soft top was starting to leak at spots so I purchased this to buy me some time on replacing the top all together. After reading reviews posted here and other reviews online I decided to give this a try. I taped up the back window and used heavy tarps to cover the body and frame of my car. It sprays evenly but if you do this in an enclosed area like a garage make sure it is well ventilated and I would reccomend wearing a mask. It will be thick in the air and the smell is very strong with chemicals. I was able to let my car in the garage for 2.5 days but after checking it after a day it seemed thoroughly dried. This waterproofed doesn't change the color of the top. I brought it out and poured a cup of water over all parts of it (especially trouble spots) and it is amazing to watch. The water beaded and danced of the top. Highly reccomend this waterproofer from what I've seen so far. Time will tell and I will update this review if my opinion changes!
