Product is good quality. Instructions easy to follow. Takes a couple hours to assemble for one person. Gift for Grandson/ 10 years old. He and his friends are using it. It functions very well. Great gift.

Overall this was a fantastic purchase! It's a ton of fun and great to have at home instead of going out to the arcade. It has 10 game modes to mix up the play a bit. I look forward to playing a round or two when I need a break from work.It feels really sturdy and I think it will last a long time. It is kinda big so make sure you have the space for it.Setup was pretty easy and straightforward. There were a few different bolt sizes to use but they all fit the same nuts and washers so that simplified the process a bit. I did notice an error on step 3. The parts list says to use bolt #33, but the picture shows bolt #14. The picture is correct, use bolt #14 at this step. I built this myself, and step 11 is a doozy to do solo. I found it easier to lay the structure down on the ground for this step to avoid having to hold up the backboard while fitting bolts into place. Oh, last note on setup, it may be helpful to know that if you plan on using your own socket wrench, I found the 10mm bit to be a perfect fit. A small wrench is included, but a socket wrench made the job much easier.The hoop came with 4 mini basketballs, 1 of which won't hold its air for very long. The ball I'm holding in the picture was reinflated 2 hours ago. I'm hoping to get it replaced.Not to brag, but I also found it to easy to max out the scoreboard for the "double or nothing" mode 😂. They really need an extra digit or two on the scoreboard for that mode! Still very fun trying to get it to 999.Even with the few issues mentioned, I couldn't bring myself to deduct a star. I am so glad I bought this for my family!Update: I contacted customer service a few weeks ago and got a replacement ball. If I could give them extra stars for their customer service, I would. I really appreciated that a person answered the phone instead of a robot. They advised me to send in an email with a photo of the defective part, my order info and shipping info. The guy I had spoken to responded to my email 5 minutes later with a tracking number. I'm very impressed with their customer service.

Overall a good set up. Its defiantly one of the more sturdier ones Ive seen. I love that you can fold it up being its very big. my kids are 7 and 4, they love it and play with it everyday.

We’ve had a lot of different brands of these hoops over the years growing up and I bought this one my six year old son for Christmas. Very durable & sturdy. Electronics so far so good. I’m impressed with how many games it has and it includes instructions for each game mode.

I really love the quality of the frame and the width of the unit - which is wider than most. I had concerns with the nylon and netting and how it was wearing with use, with a picture they immediately sent out a replacement which shipped right from the factory. I had quality concerns with the replacement right out of the package without use and sent pics to seller. With a prompt reply and desire to please I was happy with the service. I am not sure how long they will last for use but I am resolved that even if I need to budget for a nylon net replacement, the value of the unit is still there based on the quality of the frame.I had questions on my power box, and the seller sent immediate reply with solution. The seller has been quick to reply and quick to resolve every time. I have no doubt that I will be provided with service to maintain my unit I am confident post warranty, that should I need to purchase any replacement parts through them to extend the life of the unit, they will reply and service. I expect that my kids and their friends will have many years of use out of this unit. Thank you!

I have 9 and 6 yr old grandkids, this provides hours of fun and gets them off the video games. I was concerned because my ceiling height is 86”, but no problem works great. Well made and electronics work as promised.
