How to Determine the Right Replacement Cartridge for Your Pool or Spa?
Already have the part number? Simply input the filter cartridge's part number or its replacement number into the search bar on our product page to verify compatibility.
Unsure of the part number? Selecting the appropriate cartridge can be achieved by assessing your current one. Follow these steps:
1. Gauge the cartridge's external diameter, ensuring accuracy to within +/- 1/16 inch.
2. Measure the cartridge's length from one end cap to the other, excluding any protruding handles or extensions, to within +/- 1/16 inch.
3. Determine the top and bottom type. If they're open, measure the inner diameter of the opening to within +/- 1/16 inch. For closed end caps, jot down distinct features (e.g., "Handle", "Cone").
4. Note down the filter's manufacturer and model number where the new cartridge will be placed.
5. Check if there's a central core (like a PVC pipe) present.

Great quality in the filter 'fabric', and more like the original filters for Hayward C105S like when we first built our pool. Also has the guide which goes over the PVC in the middle of the pool filter housing unit, which makes it a good fit. The size is right. no issues.

The construction of the inner tube has complete coverage with rectangular openings. Which creates maximum water flow and optimum filtration. My water flow and purification is so much better than the Hayward filter that came with the filter unit. I will buy Pool Pure from now on.

The filter cartridge fits perfectly and filters the water effectively. The gauge shows low pressure, while the jets have high pressure. It is an excellent product, particularly given its price which is less than half of the OEM filter.

I wasn't expecting this replacement filter to actually be better than the original Hayward CX150XRE filter I had to replace.But not only does it look and feel better than the OEM part, my pool pump never worked better.The design of this filter even fits the Hayward SwimClear C150S better than the original.I will replace my filter yearly with this brand from now on, considering the price of this unit.Totally recommended.

The filter pictured here has been in service for 3 months now. I pulled it out to clean it with the hose. Half of the filter has been washed, and the other half still needs to be done. Using this in a Hayward C150S SwimClear unit. As you can see the filter is holding up well. The bands are all still intact and the element is in great condition. It cleans up just as good as OEM product.As for the pool water, it actually seems better than when I was using other brand product. Water is crystal clear with low TDS. This is used in a pool that uses chlorine. Since the pool is fiberglass, the chlorine levels can be run at very low concentrations.Honestly, I was a bit skeptical as to whether this filter would work as good as others. In the end, I'm happy to save money and still get great results.
