Works as advertised! I've used mine for 3 seasons in 2 different pools. One oval and one round, both above ground. This vacuum is easy to use, lightweight, easy to clean and does a wonderful job with big and small debris

Vacuum charges easily and actually holds a charge for quite a while. Easy to put together. Gets even fine dirt and algae off the pool floor. Easy to empty and clean everything. The negatives are that the pole is horribly unstable. You’ll need to switch it up for a sturdier pole- I used skimmer pole. Secondly, it’s extremely difficult to keep the vacuum head flat on the pool floor. It takes a lot of work to actually get the job done without stirring up debris because the vacuum head is wonky. All in all, it does its job well, but takes some patience and effort.

This vacuum works great, especially for the affordable price. It’s powerful and has a good filter, even trapping very fine algae from the pool floor. Holds a charge for a long time, and recharging is not slow. Easy to empty the vacuum and to hose off the filter, then it’s ready for reuse. This has helped keep my above ground pool as clean as it’s ever been. I’m very happy with this product.

We got this at the beginning of the summer so I wanted to wait until we used it to review it. We have a 14x30 fiberglass pool; we LOVE the Dolphin robot but its a whole thing to take it in and out, same with the vacuum through the skimmer. We wanted something that we could use quickly to spot vacuum as needed. When I unboxed this thing I can assure you I thought you myself, ugh, this is some cheap plastic ish right here! Four months later it has done exactly what we needed it to and has actually sort of surprised us. Full disclosure, I didn't really read the users guide so maybe I wouldn't have had some of the issues I did in the beginning if I had.CONS:1) The plug is like an indoor plug so I don't feel comfortable keeping it outside but I'm not bringing that vacuum inside either. I will charge it up in the outdoor outlet right outside the back door but then I have to remember to go and bring the plug inside.2) The pole you hold to vacuum is SUPER flimsy plastic, almost like cheap PVC. I'd imagine it's like that to keep overall product weight down or ease of assembly but it can be tough to control the vacuum underwater with it sometimes.3) This is the big one and I wish they could figure how to put some extra filters or screens to prevent this from happening.... The entire canister part has to be completely underwater for it to work properly. If you are saying standing at the edge of the pool and try and pull it out of the water before you can reach over and turn it off, all the water starts shooting out the sides and all the dirt and stuff you just cleaned up goes back into the pool. You pretty much have to make sure you turn it off before it's out of the water and then quickly lift it straight out.4) overall quality seems chinsy, we do keep it outside but it's under a patio cover so it rarely gets direct sunlight yet the red power button has already faded to pink and I'm curious how long it will last.PROS:1) as long as it's charged, it's definitely a convenient way to get some small stuff out of the pool so you don't have to mess with your whole vacuum setup.2) price is as decent for what it is3) easy to empty and rinseWith all that being said, we had to have our pool drained yesterday for some fiberglass repairs. It hasn't rained here for weeks and of course rained the night before they came to drain it and we woke up to what looked like hundreds of worms that made their way into the pool overnight - it was disgusting!!!! But obviously with draining it, we couldn't use the vacuum. This morning I was standing there dismayed and don't want the fiberglass man trampling around in there mushing up all those worms so I busted out this handy vacuum and got a good amount vacuumed up. I wasn't going for perfect, just better than it was! Looking at all those worms in the vacuum was impressive; gross but impressive!Overall - have your expectations right but it's worth it.

It seems to work but isn’t worth the money it costs. Mostly just feeds dust back into suspension. I’ve reverted to hose attached despite the problems with pipes.

In Australia . The product worked great on my pool (approx 4m x 3m and 1.8m deep (3 foot in 1m for those used to imperial) . I used my standard pool pole since more sturdy than the sectioned pole provided in the box. Removed large leaves and fine grit. It has a rubber internal flap that prevents the vacuumed debri falling back into the pool when lifting it out of your pool when you have finished vacuuming. Have only used it once , but was so easy and quick and effective to use I would have given it a 5 star review. HOWEVER I had to downgrade 2 stars due to the charger provided - 2 issues - 1 no AU attachment so I had to buy an adaptor for electrical sockets in Australia AND 2 after first use and doing the second charge it failed and will not charge the battery in the vacuum anymore. So now I cannot use the vacuum until I source a new charger !

This is my second summer with this little vac and I must say that I am more than pleased.I have a small 12' round pool that is 30" deep for the grand kids at this point and this vac does a great job getting the stuff from the bottom of the pool. This vac is easy to charge and easy to use - The handle is a bit flimsy but you don't need to press down onit like you are going through the bottom of the pool. It is made to skim the bottom of the pool. When I had my in-ground pool, I had a motorized 'pool monster' that ran automatically. When I first boughtthis little guy, I thought "oh boy, here we go" because I despise vacuuming the pool. This vac makes it simple. It runs on a charge (just remember to close the rubber cover to protect the inside). Submerge the vac, turn it on and you are ready to roll. The filter inside has lasted me these two years but I have to get a new one this year. Cleaning the filter is simple also: medium powered hosing and it's ready to go again.I have never had to recharge the vac while I was vacuuming and it holds its charge for weeks.I'll be trading in this small pool for a larger one next summer as the grand kids are now swimming. But,I won't be looking for another vac - this one does everything that I need.Anyone who states that it is hard to assemble or hard to get the filter in or out or hard to get the motorized part back onto the vacuum part is just a wank.

Amazing product wow! The Saves me 30 minutes of awful hose wrestling when I vacuum. Suction power is great and it’s easy to clean. However, I wish the filter was a bit more fine (smaller perforations) to capture algae. When you vacuum it up about 20% or so will return once the water settles. Regardless this product is amazing
