I installed this in my '69 GTO with a '70 400.I was running my distributor thru an MSD box, but somehow when installing this, the box quit working. IDK if I caused it or if this unit is for some reason not compatible with the MSD box. But, I've been running it just by itself with a canister coil. It's been working fine. I never did hook up the vacuum advance.
