Replaced the metal skids with these on my Ariens Deluxe24. They fit perfect. My old bolts were rusted and hard to remove. The bolts, washers and nuts that came with the kit fit perfectly.

Item displays as 2.55 inches in photo with white letters reading "center to center". Hidden in image is 3 inches. Item is "non-returnable" due to hazardous material. No hazardous materials or hazmat special handling labeling on box upon delivery. Do not believe that 2 pieces of plastic, bolts, and nuts are hazardous materials. Make sure you require 3 inches on center before purchase.

The skid shoes are heavy gauge stainless steel with a black satin finish. The hardware supplied is of high quality. Highly recommended.

I installed the double edged snow shoes on my 1971, 6hp, 2-stage snow blower. They fit perfectly. They have 2 edges so when the bottom edge wears just rotate them 180 degrees and re-install.

I finally found some skids with a 3 inch bolt spread! Then I received them to see that they're nice thick gauge steel and large. The carriage bolts were too large for existing holes in snowblower, so I used my original bolts.
