There is one thing that I have noticed about most the posts when it comes to electronics of any caliber, the lack of specifications. Which is an important commodity when attempting to reach those sale quotas.Further details will be provided upon the arrival of the above mentioned item.

I purchased a pair of these to put in a shallow box in a tundra crewmax. Powered with a jl audio 500w amp these give nice bass with good range. For the price they can't be beat. I will gladly be purchasing more for other cars.

I wasn't sure if I was going to like the sound of these or not for my application. But I figured, they're Polk, and they're a 10 inch for $60. But now I love the warm bass they produce. And so now I'm going to be buying the 8 inch svc, and 1 dvc. I will have four 4ohm loads, and I will run them parallel, to get a 1ohm load to my amplifier. Two 8", and one 10", combined to call for 750 watts. So I know I'm going to love that setup in my house. I'm building my home stereo, out of car stereo components. And so far I love this sound system better than any one (for the money I've spent) I could have gotten, that was already a package home stereo. I have two 10" (1 kicker, 1 polk), two 8" (1 ct sounds tropo, 1 memphis prx), and two 6.5" Memphis prx. And for now I'm driving all of these wired down to 1ohm, on a power acoustik monoblock razor amp. The amp isn't setup for 1ohm loads. I tested the amp with an ohms meter, and found it's pushing a little over 400 watts, and then it shuts down. But with the all polk setup, I will run a 750 watt amp, just for them, and beef up my DC power supply to at least 100 amps supply. And I will probably be done with it, 😆.

Replaced old Clarion sub in my boat with this Polk. Now have three times the power in my bass, and it sounds awesome matched up with new Polk speakers. Also adding new Kenwood head unit and Rockville amp that will really crank things up!

have it in a tiny box and it hits pretty hard. don’t expect deep bass, that’s not what this is for. limited space in my truck made me choose this.
