The ring size fits my baton well. The buttons seem sturdy. The nylon feels flimsy though. It's a looser weave nylon that's really pliable and soft. Functionally, it's fine. I just wonder about the durability. BUT, for the price, it's tough to beat. Time will tell...

Inner diameter is 1.49". About .05" too small for my need.

The metal ring was thick and solid the nylon part was well stiched the clips are good and it fits 100% perfectly on a duty belt

Needed another holder for my baton. I'm a retired police officer, working security three times a week to supplement my pension. I'm fully armed, but needed to carry my baton on my duty belt. This item worked out perfectly, actually better than my old one that was leather and a plastic ring. The steel ring just felt more substancial and my baton loved it.
