Product is unusable.Tried to use it for the first time yesterday (march 8) and was unable to attach either tool head to the handle. Screw threads of the handle did not match the handle and was completely unable to attach. When I tried to return it today I found out return date was past. I did not know there was a limited time to return it. Didn't see that anywhere in the ad when I bought it.Product came during bad weather and on first use I discovered the parts did not fit each other. Total rip off.

This quickly trimmed my Oak and was much cheaper than paying a tree service $2,000.The quality of the product was much better than I expected.

Ok so is it heavy and awkward when you have all 27 feet screwed together? Yeah. It is. But it does what it’s supposed to do. Chances are if you’re in need of a 27 foot pole saw you’re probably up against some unexpected, unwanted and un-budgeted-for tree work. This got it done for me. I cut several large broken limbs out of our wind damaged trees and while it definitely wasn’t the most fun I’ve ever had, it sure made me and my trees a lot happier when the work was done. If you’re trying to get into the tree business this is not the way.Great value and functional tool - 5 stars

I liked this version because the poles screw together and less of a chance of poles detaching while you’re using it. Used it about 5 times now and so far so good. Does require some effort to hold it up and use it when it’s fully extended. And the poles do flex which can make it a little more difficult when using the saw. However I’m sure all of the other versions of this pole saw have some flex. Remember to let the saw do the cutting when it’s fully extended. Hard to muscle it since the poles will flex. The teeth are sharp though and will do the job. Also way safer than climbing trees or ladders.

Easy to put together. 1st use was after Hurricane Beryl. 3 1/2 oak tree branch that fell but was stuck from other branches from falling. Took 5 minutes to assemble and cut the branch down. I like the screw on pole section rather than then button lock. Double blade cuts fast and is sharp. Great product for the price. The carry bag is convenient. We'll back to cutting more!

I had been using a 26 ft telescoping pole saw but it never worked right. It kept collapsing because the sections would not stay firmly locked in place. I thought this feature would be convenient but it never worked. This pole saw works much better, and was less expensive. There are several blade options including a pruner. The sections are threaded and must be manually connected but it is a minor inconvenience for something that really works. The materials appear to be of high quality and the blades cut like a hot knife through butter! The only complaint I have so far is contrary to product description, this product is heavy when you connect at least four suctions. Not a deal breaker, but I have to take breaks sooner, lol.
