I have had this installed in my Polaris 360 vac but it seems that it stays coiled up and so it tangles often. I tried leaving it stretched out on the pool deck in direct sunlight but it didnโt help much. I suppose that for the price paid versus the brand name I donโt mind getting my hands wet to un-tangle my sweeper vac.

I own a Polaris 280 and the pipe had become weak in spots and started to leak, so I ordered the Hypolinx Pool hose. The length was more than I needed so I decided to change out more of the older pipe with the new. The new pipe is pretty soft and easy to work with, much easier than the old pipe. Cutting it to length was easy with a utility knife. I had the new pipe parts installed in less than 40 minutes.29.99 which is the price at time of my review is a little steep for a 10ft length of pipe in my opinion, but it works well and I doubt I will have to change it again for a few years.

Old tubing had gotten hard and did not bend very easily causing the pool cleaner to get tangled up. This seems to have fixed the issue.

This is the exact match for our Polaris 280 hose. I made a mistake when I installed the new hose and cut too much off, don't ever do things when tired! This fixed the issue and has worked great. I am very happy I ordered this, it is a great price and the same quality as our original hose.

The "permanent set" in this hose means it comes with "kinks" in it. This means it never quite straightens out in the pool. Cut it a little longer to accommodate the loss in length

We needed to replace part of our Polaris 280 pressure side pool cleaner for our inground pool. This met our needs. It seems that in order to work correctly, as far as providing the same flow and not be subject to tangling, the hose should be similar to the OEM hose. This looks and feels the same, and so far it has performed the same for us as the Polaris OEM hose. We are satisfied.
