I used these to replace the original front ball joints on my 2014 Polaris Ranger Crew. I had them installed at a reputable mechanics shop here in town. He used the included rings, and this happened on the first ride out. A reasonable question would be "what was I doing when this happened". I always take my daughters with me to the lease, so nothing crazy with an 11, 9, and 7 year old on board. I drive like an old man. If I did something wrong, then 1 star review is unfair, but I don't readily see where I made a mistake.
