This is a one size fits all and it truly does. There is adjustable straps at the top and sides to fit anyone. I put it in the freezer overnight to use the next day. I can say it did not last long in the hot sun. The fabric on it is nice but once it stops being cold, it just adds heat.

Comfort and fit were good, but it lacks in length of coolness. It last about 30 mins to 45 minutes.

This vest will make you look like a NEOPRENE WARRIOR. By adorning such armor, it will keep you cool for up to 10 minutes with no sun at 70°.If you wear it for one hour in said conditions, it will morph into a Ziploc bag of hot chocolate.It has built in bust-wings for full coverage, perfectly tailored for a 6 foot, barrel chested male who could bench a freight train. If you are not that guy, the wings could help you fly. Win/Win.

Bought for my husband who drag races his Mustang. Thought it would help keep him cool in the staging lanes under his race suit.Sadly it’s ill fitting, quick to warm and wet. Had to return

I bought this for being outside in the Texas heat, but it didn’t help all that much, so I returned it. It doesn’t hold the ice well and melts quickly. It also made my clothes wet which isn’t ideal.

This vest is great! It seems to be made with top quality products and put together nicely. It works very well keeping me cool in a hot work environment. You get a little wet from it melting but if your in a hot area it is not so bad. I recommend this if your anywhere you are over heated for prolonged period of time. 5 out of 5 stars!!! ★★★★★

I feel like this vest does what it says it does. I put this on my daughter and she looked so comfortable and cool. When I tried it I felt instant relief. I would recommend this if you are doing a particular activity like mowing the lawn or if your a/c is busted.
