I used the item and at 1st it looked great but it will not hold the charge very long. When I went to ask for help they said it is no longer eligible for any help. So no exchange or no help at all. The item was used 1 time for a very short set and then stopped lighting up and will not hold a charge long enough to make it worth it. I got it only a month and 1/2 ago and wanted to use it while I was away.

I have ordered the twice! I do with the hand balls were rechargeable but they are beautiful!

These are pretty nice. Each ball is individually powered and also individually lit, so you can have any combination of lighting. This makes it a bit of a pain to sync them up, but it's nice overall for performing. The weight of them is pretty nice, the main balls are about the size of a tennis ball.Pretty good poi balls and the softness makes them quite beginner friendly.

You definitely get what you expect for the price. They got droped one time and broke the inside to were it only turns green flashes and turns off and inside is cracked. For the lite spinner probably be fine. If you actually use poi don't buy these they will.break on contact.

The poi balls are good in theory but something causing them to shut off while using them. Since there is only one button, there is no way to reset a failed pod. Not durable at all and definitely not easy to turn them back on. Also note that the product may look soft but it's actually hard plastic.Do not recommend this defective product.

After the initial charge, one of the larger balls would not turn off. Eventually it died and never worked again no matter how many times or how long it was charged.Used for only a few hours, then the other large ball would no longer either work despite being charged for several days. I assume it broke when hitting the ground during practice.Product is not durable enough for its intended use.While practicing the large poi ball hit me in the face and injured my eye, the plastic is very hard and not safe for beginners!The only part of this that remained functional were the 2 smaller balls (handles).

They are a bit light for my liking but, my friend said she loved how light they were. They are good quality and have many light options which is perfect for me!

This set is really pretty, but one of the Poi of my set turns on, but as soon as it takes a hit, not even a hard one, it quits working, and the only way to get it to come back on is to plug it back into the charger. The Poi is totally charged, but each time it takes a hit, it stops working.With that said, there are good things too though! For instance, their weight. Nice. Good for helping to learn stalls. How do they look? Pretty awesome! You use the remote control to choose which effect you like, and then get to spinning!The light lasts about and hour give or take. They seem sturdy, and the tethers are strong and weighted nicely. Also, the handles are great. They light up, giving you and extra special effect, as if you had 4 poi, not just the two.What I do love is the double plug so you can charge both poi at once, and it is easy to see the red go to green for fully charged.Amazon gave me a partial refund since only half of my item was working. I can still work with one Poi lit up at night, and still use both of them in the day, for practice.And if you were wondering if the molding on the Poi might make the effect even better, no sorry, it doesn't. Once those poi are moving, you don't really notice that they look like tulip flowers.For this price, you can't beat it as a great beginner's set.
