The filter and pre filter appear to be equivalent to the set I purchased on Amazon two years ago. BUT this filter does not have as many pleats as the one it is replacing. That strongly suggests that it does not have the capacity to capture as much material as the previous filter since there is clearly less filtering surface area.The filter that was replaced still looked to be very clean, but the pre filter was nasty. So a lower capacity filter may not be a bad thing, but the overall one star taken off for what is likely a lower performance parameter.

Who knew these filters are getting harder to get, but looks like the only place to find these are online any longer? My Cub was having some startup / breathing problems so it was time for a new air filter. The fit was a tad more snug than the Kohler but it stretched enough to fit snuggly and after installing the top hat and wing nut, everything is sealed up tight. And the price was about half of the Kohlers, so it’s worth a try but so far so good.

This new Air Filter & Pre Filter were a perfect replacement for my Poulan Pro riding tractor. I have been putting off getting these for some time and now i'm glad I finally did. Great price.
