Great starter kit

Sadly the photo emulsion was dried up and unusable, the paint itself was pretty thick as well, it was pretty much impossible to use as well. I was really hoping to get the kit and give it a try but unfortunately I had to go to our local hobby store to get emulsion and ink before I could do a print. Otherwise, product was as described and came quickly.

fast shipping. Received kit and was ready to start but light missing adapter. Requested another kit , sent. Also missing adapter. After playing with it was able to connect light directly to the stand without adapter. Not sure how long it will last this way but it works. Instructions show adapter everything else was included in both kits.

This set has everything including step by step instructions for a first timer like myself. It looks fun and I have yet to try it. It says that the activator mix does not last long so trying to select a time when I have enough time, supplies, and designs to make all that I want. Very excited to give this a try. I use DTF and sublimation regularly and was curious to learn the art of screen printing.

I am not a beginner screen printer as I have been in the shirt making and craft business for more than a decade now. That being said, I wanted to try out this set because I love having additional screens and different sizes on hand. I use the screens along with vinyl stencils that I create. The vinyl sticks fairly well to these screens and creates great multi use stencils. It does take some practice to use the screens properly since they have to be held tightly so that the ink doesn't smear.The ink included in this kit isn't my favorite, but it does work decently. I prefer Speedball inks personally. I feel like it goes on smoother, thinner, and presses better. The squeegee scraper that comes with this set is great and may be my favorite part.All in all, this set is a great way to begin screen printing and to get practice at the process. Do not expect perfect screens every time from this set though. It is a great starting point.

We followed the directs multiple times and the product does not work. Photo emulsion was chunky, directions had no detail (making it nearly impossible to get the product to work) and listed multiple items that you need to purchase that do not come with the kit. I wanted so much for this to be a good kit, but it was not.

This screen printing kit has everything you need to get started. The instructions are simple and clear but I did also do a search on YouTube. My first project, I chose to actually bypass the photoemulsion process and did a vinyl cutout from my cricut. This worked fabulous. My technique in creating a screen to use needs a little tweaking but it has been user error that has caused problems. The kit is perfect. Quality is excellent for the beginner.
