Wanted to try something different on my frog rod and I'm tired of the braid, so I went with a heavier Fluorocarbon line and it has really worked so far. Was worried about wrenching a big un out of the grass but so far I have no complaints. Caught a few gooduns in the grass and had no problem wrenching those out that got tied up around the grass. So far I recommend this line for frogs, floating worms, crankbaits, chatterbaits, and spinner baits. I loaded those rods with PLine Floroclear.

This has been my go-to brand for years and I'm always satisfied. Great casting and strong. I generally use 6lb but I've used the 4lb on my ultralight as well. Very impressed with this and all P-Line products!

I fish for rainbow and tiger trout in alpine lakes, most of which are between 8,500 and 9,000 feet elevation. I use ultra light spinning gear and P-Line mist green 4 lb. line. Recently, I went up and decided to fish from the bank. I made 13 casts and all 13 resulted in a nice catch. My preferred catch method is catch-and-release, so it was fun to just throw that baby out there and wait for the fish to strike! First time I caught a fish on every cast.With trout, presentation is vital. P-Line Flouroclear mist green is, I believe, nearly if not completely invisible to fish in clear water. And the water in these lakes is cold and very clear. Further, line thickness, hook size, leader line visibility, and quality knots are also very important. I’ve learned that the more I pay attention to these details, the more fun I have and more fish I catch. I rig my wife’s setup like my own, and she catches nice fish with every outing too.P-Line flouroclear will continue to be at the top of my choices for trout fishing. It is tough, has low memory, and casts well and far. Great stuff!!

I've used this line before and the reviews that are 5 stars are spot-on. The line that is green does literally disappear in the water. It's tough but also smooth to reel in and the memory is about as good a line as there is. The best thing about P-Line is the price. You're getting top quality fishing line and not spending lots of money to get it!
