Avoid buying this, the sticky tape they use is absolutely useless and the grips falls apart less than a week, had mine on for 1 day when it fell apart. The designs are cool and the idea was there however it’s not worth spending money on this

These were great at first, but I realised that when putting the steam deck, a lot of the weight is put onto the triggers causing them to come unstuck. I have now lost the left trigger grip and have just about gotten used to having uneven triggers.

Really like the idea of the product. Installed as instructions said. Worked really well for a couples weeks, buttons started to kot won't to hold to the adhesive anymore. I wouldn't recommend for heavy users.

I wanted to like these. They're very comfortable. They worked well except they only lasted for a couple days because the adhesive won't stick to the silicone. I tried using a different tape after using the provided adhesives. It was even a heavy duty one and they still would not stick.

These extenders were just what I needed. Only problem is the back that you are supposed to stick too, is the smoothest least adhesive surface I’ve ever dealt with. As many other reviews said, the triggers feel off almost straight away:( however I liked them so much I persevered. I roughed up the back a little and used some double sided gel tape. They have remained in place since and I have plenty of the tape if they fall off again. On a side note, the bumpers (the real reason I bought them) have remained in place with the original included tape. If they included better adhesive and made the back surface something you can actually stick too, I would give them 5 stars.

Should have been great, but unfortunately, the double sided sticky tape that holds the triggers is not enough. They use the same tape for their back button extenders and shoulder buttons, and it works fine there, but when it comes to the triggers, the tape is too weak. Even if you’re delicate, the triggers will come off after a day. They only give you two pieces of tape per button too, so once you mess up on one button at least two times you’re done, and good luck finding another way to keep these on. I already used both my R2 sticky tapes, as they kept drying out after each installation kept falling off, and this is just after two days of ownership. The buttons themselves are actually very nice, and when they were staying on, they’re all a great improvement over the stock Steam Deck buttons. I’m currently trying to find other ways to keep these stuck on, and I just tried Elmer’s glue, but it won’t dry on the rubber surface of the trigger button, so that’s a no go. I like this product so much that I’m willing to find another way, and I wish I could give this a 5 star rating, but because of this hassle, I can’t. Literally, the only thing keeping this from being great is the weakness of the double sided tape, specifically for the triggers. This problem is egregious enough to knock off two full stars, which is a shame, because if these stayed on, this is an easy 5 star recommendation. The purple looks awesome, and now that I tried these, I no longer want to go back to my regular flat Steam Deck buttons. This is a sad case, but yeah, 3 stars. It’s a 5 star experience for anyone who can find a work around to get these to properly stick. I even tried Alien tape, and that didn’t work either.

I think I'm the first positive written review so I just wanted to say I really like these. My desire was to be able to press the bumpers on the steam deck more easily. For some reason they just aren't super easy to press to me as-is. These do indeed make the bumpers much easier to press. My finger finds it more easily. I can get the corner of it with my finger much more easily now and it's not uncomfortable anymore. I am a male in his 30s of about average size or slightly larger. Normal size hands. I noticed no impact basically on the trigger, bc the trigger one just kind of keeps that button in the same relative position it normally is from the bumper, so actually after about 10 minutes of play I forgot they were there.I primarily played resident evil 7 with these, which is a game I'm very familiar with and also stresses me out significantly. So I am confident I would notice if the performance was not optimal :)Also, in contrast to other reviews, I found these easy to apply. I did not need to use the second set of adhesives. Also they keep very secure, they are not going to fall off. Actually they are kind of hard to even pull off.I do wish they would include more adhesive stickers in the package - because you cannot remove a grip case such as the brand Killswitch case without also removing these trigger things. So I would like the ability to reapply them several times if I had to remove them.Overall I'm glad I bought them the improved my experience and they feel good to use. The texture is excellent. I recommend
