Some reviews mentioned receiving units that didn't work or were not as advertised. Mine works fine. Happy to have it. However no owners manual came with it. I expected one. Went to u tube for answers. Worked out. Games harder than my PS 2 were. So a learning curve.

This was bought for my 7 year olds birthday and was suggested to help his hand eye coordination he’s severely autistic and since getting this he has come on leaps and bounds I know its unorthodox to buy a child so young a gaming console but it was what we needed to help my son and I’m so happy we did he plays games like Minecraft which has learned him about materials and how to make things which has been amazing

I always buy the protection plan with online “refurbished” electronics. I have yet to have an Amazon refurbished electronic actually work, and this is the same. “Don’t buy someone else’s problem” is what my dad said about used tires on cars. Someday I’ll stop my wishful thinking, and follow his advice. This PS4 doesn’t even turn on. Yes we have it hooked up right. We lost our old one because my soon-to-be ex husband stole it like we didn’t buy it together. All these companies out to get people in vulnerable situations. I purchased a refurbished computer too, and eventually had to go to Costco a get one there without the shenanigans. Don’t rent bother with these. Lots of problems. There’s only 4.8 stars thanks to bots.

Received a ps4 from this seller today tried 2 brand new games on it and the console badly scratched both discs and would not load them, did some research into the company and very bad reviews about returns never get refunded no money repaid so won't be returning it to him , avoid the seller at all costs. Should have brought one from a local shop.

As title says. I got mine in within a week of ordering. Was very excited. Opened package to realize it didn't cone with controller but at least the console was packaged good and wasn't busted upon arrival. Gonna go shell out some money at game exchange to get a controller

- Came super quick earlier than expected.- Had everything needed to set up the ps4 apart from headset/earpiece but that’s an accessory.- So far working good. No problems.-Doesn’t come in the actual ps4 box just an amazon box (safely packed though)- The controller was a limited edition one not a simple black one.- Deducted half a point because the controllers charger is slightly shaky but nothing drastic !!
