First off, there is only one PS4 Pro. Some reseller was trying to claim they sell a PS4 Pro "Enhanced" to charge more money for this hard-to-find item. Why Sony has created this bizarre situation with understocking is beyond me; it just gives resellers more reason to jack up their prices. Then there are the silly design features; only 2 USB outputs on the front (the PS3 had 4 USB ports up front). Why, Sony? There is a third in the back, as if it is at all accessible. Then the hard-to-find On/Off and the DVD-eject front buttons. What's the fun in making them impossible to find?Finally, here we are in 2018 and Sony STILL hasn't created any new bluetooth specs for third party BT headphones or headsets. All I wanted was to connect my AirPods to the Pro in order to listen to music. Nope, not happening. Also, the BT implementation is lousy. Even my iPhone has twice the range. C'mon Sony, we are well beyond the 90's!

First review ever, but this needs to be heard. The Harddrive is in fact a SSD as advertised which was good. It’s a Seagate barracuda which is a fairly good ssd. Everything worked great for 10 days, came looking brand new in box and everything. After 10 days the system wouldn’t turn on due to a corrupt SSD. I am well aware of the many reasons this could’ve happened but I can assure you it was nothing physical or even user error related. I emailed the seller and got no response still 5 days later. I ended up just buying a superior Samsung ssd and installing that instead. Moral of the story is if you want this product, buy a new stock ps4 pro and buy an aftermarket ssd of your choosing and install it yourself. It’s a super easy install and at no extra hassle to you. I gave 2 stars only bc the ssd was as advertised and it came packaged nicely even though it was opened to install the ssd. Otherwise this was a crap experience

Garbage lasted 9 months and hard drive burnt up apon repair wasnt even a solid state drive. Over priced Scam

I was hesitant, but I decided to keep it. I worked for three months. Now, I have done everything to try and get it to work. It is not connecting and the blue light flashes then it goes white and turns off. I paid almost $600 for this thing. I wish I watched the reviews in advance. They took my money.

I’ve had the system for about a month now. The only issue I had was when I first received it, I needed to upload the software via a flash drive. Customer support got back to me extremely quick to help fix the problem! Other then that the system has been a great upgrade from my original ps4 system.
