When it comes to my kids toys I don’t mind some color, but when the toy lives in a common space, and is large enough to become a permanent fixture, I must admit that aesthetics matter. This slide is definitely aesthetic, as far as plastic slides go, and I don’t mind leaving it out in our sunroom on a regular basis as a result. It couldn’t have been simpler to assemble - took less than 10 minutes by myself. Overall, I appreciate how thoughtfully designed this product is. Is it worth 4 times as much as other (more offensively colorful) brands? Maybe to some people, if you find value in a minimal color palette. If that isn’t so important, there aren’t many other features here that justify the price.

The design of this slide is really sleek and modern, and I loved how compact it is. It folds up easily, which makes it perfect for small spaces or for moving it between indoors and outside. Assembly was pretty straightforward and didn’t take long. That said, it feels very lightweight, and I wouldn’t recommend it for kids much older than toddlers. It’s definitely more of a gentle slope than a fast slide, which can be great for younger children who are just gaining confidence. The material seems durable enough for light use, but I wouldn’t expect it to handle rough play or heavier kids. It works well for what it is, just keep in mind it’s best suited for very young children.

I've heard such great things about this brand, so I was really excited for this slide. Unfortunately, it fell flat in almost every way.1. It arrived with several dents that I can't undo. (see red circled area in photos)2. The slide itself is not a smooth "slide" texture. It has a rough finish so my daughter's clothes grip to it and she can't slide very well. I tried to capture the texture on a photo (last photo) but it's hard because it's all white. It doesn't have that slippery-ness that plastic slides normally have.3. Assembly was a pain because the allen wrench they include can't rotate through full spins. So you have to insert the allen wrench, turn about 275 degrees, remove the allen wrench, then re-insert, turn, remove, insert, turn. And it takes a lot of turns, so it's tedious. Wish the wrench could do full turns!4. Everything is plastic, including the screws. I point this out because one of the screws started to strip towards the end because the allen wrench is metal. At this price, longevity is something to be considered.5. They advertise that the slide can be stored vertically. That's true in the sense that it folds nicely. However, there are no grips on the part where it stands, so it will just fall down unless you have carpet. I have to sandwich this between two items to get it to stand up.Through Vine, I was able to get this product at tax value (about $50) and to be honest, I would not have even paid that in retrospect. The generic brand slides are way better in my opinion. The one big plus is the aesthetics. It's a beautiful slide that will match any decor. Unfortunately the functionality isn't there. It's currently listed for $208.95 and I would NOT recommend it.
