The piece of wood that holds circle pieces in, does not go far enough underneath the bottom half that holds the pieces in place when putting the circles in at the top. Many pieces fall behind each other when the circle pieces go down, specifically at the bottom. I would not recommend buying, hard to play game when pieces don’t stay in place and go behind each other. Also the only wall mount is 2 hooks on the back, which leaves the bottom half of the game not attached to the wall. So when grabbing your pieces from tray, I fear it will be ripped from the wall. Since there isn’t anything holding the bottom half to the wall. I place 3 command strips in bottom half, to secure it fulling to the wall.

If it hadn’t been so hard to mount this on the wall I would return it. I expected much better functionality for the cost.When playing and dropping the disks the gaps on the board are too wide therefore the disks just keep falling behind each other. When all were being entered they just fall and roll all around from space to space. If you drop one too hard all the others bounce out of place. The only way to fix it was to drop them all and start over. It was beyond frustrating to the point my kids no longer wanted to play it.

As a kid, I (think) I can actually remember when connect four came out. When I saw this, I thought it would be a great addition to our basement gaming area. We have a pool table and small arcade game for the kids to play and this was a hit as well. If/When we have guest this will be a great thing to play to pass the time as well. All in all, a great buy, great quality and a great simple game.

This is a great addition to a game room or play room. I suppose it could be anywhere really. The whole thing is pretty great! It is HUGE compared to the original game. It secures well to the wall, and everything feels pretty high quality. Pulling the small board out to clear the game is a bit wonky, but overall it works well without being over engineered. My only complaint is that sometimes the pieces don't clear out easily and need to be plucked out and pulled/pushed to allow everything to clear and reset the game. Regardless, I love it, my family loves it, and it was not expensive in my opinion at all!
