The rope makes it a little hard to practice isolation but flowers weaves butterflys pendulum etc (im still a beginner) are just fine to practice with these. They are weighty. I tried a pair of my friends I liked them about as much more as they were expensive compared to these if that makes sense. That is how i kbow isolations are easier with better rope. But i like the weight of these more for learning it's easier to control more weight in my opinion. They seem very durable. I have put alot of hours on them allready. Hope thats helpful.

Way smaller than typical contact poi. They seem kinda cheaply made for the 35$ I paid.

Play with them before making any length adjustments so it gives the tether some time to stretch out. The weight is good for stalls and you can maintain relatively slow beats. The price is better than buying off a flow toy site.

Cording has a tendency to remove itself from the larger ball... Other than that I am pleased. Nice size, as described, contact balls are strong but soft enough to not cause bodily harm. (If you're paying attention, that is.)
