FEATURES: Convenient 1:1 mix ratio, sag resistant and thixotropic formulation. Excellent adhesion to metal surfaces such as aluminum, stainless steel, plated steel, galvanized metals, etc. without primer or chemical wipes. Excellent impact, peel and shear resistance. Room temperature cure with extended working time. APPLICATIONS: Ideal for bonding all types of metals, Metton, PVC, fiberglass, PBT, PPO, ABS, FRT, polyurethane, epoxy, wood, RIM, nylon, polyester, acrylic, gelcoats, styrene, etc. Ideal for automotive components, heavy equipment, watercraft, electrical components, tools, appliances, computer assemblies, furniture, exterior signs and displays, etc. APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: All surfaces must be clean, dry, dust, and grease free. The best results will be achieved when the surfaces have been abraded immediately prior to bonding. Thorough mixing is required for proper curing and strength development of the adhesive. Excess adhesive can be wiped away with organic solvent. Adhesive bond should be allowed to develop to full strength (24 hours) before subjecting to any service loads.

We had a driver destroy his fender on one of our trucks. Cost to replace the fender before paint was over 2k. With this product and basic body repair chemicals, we were able to repair the fender and had plenty of product left over to repair cracked fiberglass and plastic panels on other trucks. I would recommend getting extra mixing tubes as the kit only includes 2 tubes which are single use and no good after 20 mins of product sittings in them.

i repair a crack hood with a aluminum bracket glue to the fiver glass and i have to say these is the best of the best to repair a semi truck fiver glass hood

Never used this product before but i had a W900 KW Hood that was a cracking mess. followed the instruction, cleaned and prep, spread epoxy on metal and riveted in place. The produce produces a lot of heat during the cure but after 24 hours the part was never coming off. I was able to make effective last repairs to the hood of my truck saving me 6000.00 dollars , If you have something plastics or polymer and need to fix a crack this is the stuff is works very well. and save you money
