So thin. So fragile. Both broke on the bottom first use. Do not recommend

I bought these for a pasta salad and other side dish I promised to make for a graduation party. It held so much food, fit in my fridge and I wasn’t afraid of loosing my good dishes. Very affordably, sturdy and easily disposable. But also looks nice.

I like how big they are and they did a great job when I made a strawberry and pineapple punch bowl cake for us to eat!

I love how they look and I just got them but I just noticed one of medium bowls had chipped a bit.

Good quality even though it’s plastic.

It literally broke so easily. Didn’t even get to really use it. Horrible

I used these for a wedding, very light weight but also very sturdy. I like the clear because you can display your dessert item, which is what i did.

These bowls are great, but I wouldn't call them disposable. They are sturdy enough to wash and reuse and are a decent value for that, but they are too expensive and solid to use once and discard.

So, besides the fact that this product is a thin fairly fragile plastic that will crack pretty easily, the real headline is that it is polystyrene. In my opinion Amazon should only allow the sale of these products with large type disclaimers in the discription. I've owned the 150 oz. size. I actually liked these bowls for making bread holding pop corn etc. Then one cracked and I decided to look up how I should prep it for recycleand was not happy with what I found. Please read the short quote below from the GoodHousekeeping website.Quoted from the GoodHousekeeping website: "Plastic Recycling Symbol #6: PS (polystyrene) can be made into rigid or foam products — in the latter case, it is popularly known as the trademark Styrofoam. Styrene monomer (a type of molecule) can leach into foods and is a possible human carcinogen, while styrene oxide is classified as a probable carcinogen. The material was long on environmentalists' hit lists for dispersing widely across the landscape, and for being notoriously difficult to recycle. Most places still don't accept it in foam forms because it's 98% air."
