Straws were not the link. I thought they would be so they’re not quite long enough for my tall glasses, but I’m using them anyway.

I really love using these straws, very useful and easy to dispose of. However, I wish they had been sent out to me in a box with other purchases rather than its own carton. They are crushable you know.

I HATE paper straws, but I hate washing silicon or glass or steel straws too. But I want to be environmentally responsible! These are a perfect solution. They feel VERY similar to a plastic straw, liquids have no effect on them, they remain stable throughout the whole drink. I wish restaurants would start using them!!

So happy to have these straws in my vehicle because they do not fall apart like the paper straws you get everywhere.

I’m sure I’m going to hell for buying plastic straws these days, but these were great! No broken ones

These plant based straws are colorful and a great alternative to plastic straws. They feel and look like plastic. These straws do not go soggy. I would purchase these eco friendly straws again when I need more.

The straws work as intended, just like any other drinking straw, just minus the plastic!

These are PLA straws… They are not made from toxic chemical petroleum plastics, and they are made from plant starch… I don’t think these break down in regular compost piles, and need to go into a commercial digester in order to become composted… So they are technically compostable, but its not like composting old fruit or veggie matter… I believe that all PLA items are far better than petroleum plastics. One reason is that they don’t shed micro-plastics, and will not take hundreds of years to break down unlike the the chemical petroleum plastic straws… They might still harm some wildlife if disposed of improperly… Granted, PLA sinks in water and doesn’t float. All the chemical petroleum plastic straws float and can be disastrous for sea life (like sea turtles)…. You won’t find any PLA items in the giant floating garbage patch out in the ocean… That is all toxic petroleum chemical plastics.I’m also not a fan of stainless straws that have to be cleaned with a tiny plastic brush on a long wire (and I can’t see inside to see if it’s actually clean or dry)… Granted, stainless might be ok for hot beverages (But I don’t like anything hot via a straw… These PLA straws might not be organic, but they a decent compromise for cold beverage straws. They are a nice tall length, and they are bendy straws (at least the ones I bought were plain white bendy straws)… They came in a box of 500 without individual wrapping… They all appear to be clean and ready to use… I like them…
