I love my pie bag that I already had , but these were rolled up and the tape was stuck to the surface and even the zipper. It actually stretched the surface of the top one so badly I thought it had a hole. I would return it but the other one is okay, and it took quite a while to get here.

This works great for homemade pie crust and pizza dough. Flour the inside and roll to perfection, easy and fast. Great zipper closing

I’m so happy I found this. I made 10 pies and used these to roll and store the dough. This took all the guesswork out of rolling to the proper size and thickness. The material is the perfect weight. The zipper glides smoothly to open and close it. Washed clean and ready for my next batch of pies.

Getting the dough just right for pie crust is hard enough, so this makes the roll out easy. You always have the shape and thickness you desire. Been using these for years. Only downside is you have to clean it afterwards and leave it to dry. Needs replacement once a year or so. I always buy 2. Totally worth it to get the perfect shape and no cracked edges on pies.

Compared to my previous pastry rolling bag, the plastic seemed different and not as "soft"/flexible. This product serves the purpose, but since I use it for rolling out pie crusts and transferring the crust into the pie dish, I had hoped for something a little less stiff.

I often have a problem rolling out dough for pie crust. I can't get it both even in thickness and round in shape. These sleeves help me accomplish both for a pie crust that will go to the edges of the pie tin without holes tearing. After my dough has rested for half an hour or so, I flour the inside of one of these bags and place the dough ball in the middle. I just keep rotating it a quarter turn or less and roll it until it comes to the edges of the bag. Sometimes I need to un zip it and add another dusting of flour to keep it from sticking. When I have the crust rolled to the size I need, I take the top layer of the bag away and flip the crust into the pie tin using the bottom layer of plastic for support. It's not too difficult to clean these bags. I hand wash them using a sponge. I rub the sponge all over the inside surface and then rinse well. I leave them open to air dry. Once dry, they store easily in my cupboard with other pastry tools.

I like these aids to making pie crust as they help contain the bits of the mix that end up on the flour, stuck to the rolling pin. It also helps to keep the crust together as you place the crust. The zippers work well. As to the durability of the plastic—remains to be seen.
