I purchased this as a gift for my daughter. It is better made than I expected! Thicker stainless steel. Well made. parts fit together easily.We will buy one for our home!

Just arrived and I haven't used this yet, but it looks like it will do the job and the price was good. I had to reengineer upon arrival just to put it together. The hole in the wood handle was too small for the screw to go through. I drilled it larger with a 15/64" bit (1/4" would probably work too). The retaining stud was also a little long and I didn't want to have to totally unscrew to rotate the handle for storage so I knocked it down a bit. It now is easier to fold the handle in and out and it seems sturdy and secure once in place. I left off a star for my labor, but now I think it will be a fine pizza peel.

The paddle does a great job of putting the pizza in and out of the oven. The slicer wasn't the reason I bought this package but it has been a pleasant surprise. The long arc slicer is better than the traditional knife-wheel pizza cutters. I especially like how the cutter is sharp enough to cut pizza but not so sharp that you have to worry about the surface beneath the pizza. It is also easy to clean. It's an elegant design that should replace the small sharp wheel that is traditionally used.

Great quality starter kit for new homemade pizza fans. Does not include a stone, which is a good thing. Stones limit the size of your pizza. The peel and pie cutter are such great items to have. Really helps with moving the pizza from prep table to oven and back. The pie cutter does a great job and is much easier to use that the old style wheel.
