The weight is easy for an 80-year-old woman to pick up large quantities of pine straw and branches. Does great for my mulch bin. Less than half the price from my local Home Improvement company. Don't hesitate to buy this. I'm so glad I did

I was excited to get my first pitchfork to do some work around the house and settled on this brand because it looked like it was a quality product. However, the product I received looked like it was from the reject pile. hopefully these are only cosmetic issues and do not impact the function of the pitchfork.

Impressed with the quality initially, I hope it lasts a few years — we’ll have to see. On the plus side, the hollow plastic handle appears sturdy and is definitely lightweight, yet the tool balances fairly well. Main use is loosening soil for gardening and turning and stacking the mulch pile.

This fork is easy to assemble and is solid when assembled. I grew up with a pitch fork on the farm and swore to never have another but using it this fall in my new compost pile puts a smile on my face. It’s easy to turn the layers of leaves to mix the pile to get the pile started it’s sturdy and light weight so this old man has my best compost pile going with a whole lot less work than in the past.

This is my first pitchfork. It’s well made and works great. Haven’t tried it on any zombies yet, but it sure forks up pine needles well.
