Mounted this in my race car trailer to have a place for my helmet, gloves. HANS, and be able to hang my firesuit to air out. It does all that.It came with a little shipping damage. Nothing a hammer and dolly couldn't work out. It's made in China so don't expect to be blown away by the quality but works.

Like others here, I ordered this product expecting some higher end value. At nearly $200 with shipping and tax, I was shocked at how poorly the cabinet was packed. Thin, double edged cardboard on the corners and there was no protective wrapping or tape along the flat surfaces to prevent fine scratches or rub marks from said cardboard (maybe that was worse with the black paint I ordered). ALL 4 corners were tweaked in some way. Surely most of this comes from the excess amount of handling a large, bulky product like this sees in its lifespan from its origins in China to megawarehouses in the states. NO mounting hardware/ holes, a template, or even just simple pressed in dimples to drill your own. The paint was either orange-peeled or just thin covered. I also ordered a doulbe helmet wall hook in raw aluminum, and they were sratched and had incomplete welds that were not even cleaned up. Astonishing that Pit Possee gets away with charging such a premium for this shelf; even moreso when I found a cool company named Pit Products that makes ALL its products in Arizona, USA. This isn't a $100 cabinet. Classic cheapest labor solution so many manufacturers commit; despite cheaper, higher quality solutions right here in the states. Try again, Pit Possee. TOTAL FAIL.

Excellent cabinet..works great..just what we needed in our trailer..only suggestion would be make the spot for boots a little taller..

I am happy with the construction quality. Full face Helmets fit just right. Boots will not fit standing up. I like the side hanger cut out. Nice cabinet for the money.

This product is just like it is described. It's very well made and fit perfectly in our race trailer. One corner was bent from shipping but was easily straightened out. I like that it is not predrilled because we able to fit it just like we needed.

Well designed but came with a dent in the upper corner. In addition, the factory failed to completely paint the interior of the unit.

This product was poorly packed, thin cardboard with doubled up cardboard on the corneres. When I recieved the item I noticed right away that some of the corners were bent in. my first instinct was that it was the shipping company, however I could see where there were other bends where a poor attempt at fixing them where. I could see tool marks most likely from pliers or vicegrips. the tig welds are sufficient but low quality and the soot was not even cleaned up. Overall craftsminship is midlevel work at best, I do feel I over paid for this by about $50 so at least. I also found "dust bunnies" with shavings in them in two corners of the product, it was also scuffed not any attempt of cleaning this prior to shipping was attempted. Great product idea, just poor exacution. It did arrive prior to expected date of arrival however.

Fit & finish wasn't PERFECT, but overall quality is great. Got it mounted up in my trailer and it looks awesome. Love it.
