These things are great and work great ! Way better than hands and gloves. Keep the heat away from your hands, these have great rubber grips to cushion hands for grip. They shred like it’s nothing. It is made of thick metal and not very big to keep in the drawer or with your other utensils. Price is nothing for the time it save you.

These were a gift for my grilling smoking guru stepson. I was pleased that he said he needed those when he opened that gift. He's a hard to buy for person even though he is gracious and happy with whatever he receives. He stated he needed these and was tickled with them. The quality and weight of them seemed good.

These are a good weight, work well and seem to be very sturdy … so far.My only ask is that there be a way to put them together so the points stick in the handle of the opposite claw for storage. It looks to be possible and it would save fingers reaching into the drawer to retrieve them. It’s the reason I scored 4 stars.
