It arrived with brown stuff in the middle chamber. I just opened the box and i have no idea where it would have come from. Also before filling it, i tried to push the button for rice or whatever to come out but my finger ended up getting stuck and it scrapef my skin. I think this would be impossible to use if you have long nails. No wonder this is a frequently returned item

It saved me from juggling multiple bags for different items, making it incredibly convenient and easy to use. However, be cautious when switching between different items, as some can get stuck in the container dispenser's exit. Otherwise, it works quite well.

I purchased this grain storage dispenser as a gift for a close friend who is an avid cook. Given her frequent use of various grains and rice, this dispenser seemed like the perfect addition to her kitchen. She absolutely loves it! She filled it with her staple ingredients immediately and appreciates the easy access it provides. The dispenser is not only of excellent quality but also aesthetically pleasing, complementing her countertop beautifully. Despite its generous capacity, it fits perfectly in her kitchen space. This isn't terrible but the advertised capacity is over estimated. It will work fine when you used about half a 2lb bag of rice, then store the rest in this. But it will not hold the advertised capacity. Rotates fine, seems to be decently built but the type of plastic used tends to crack, so be gently with it. There's also a useless storage in the center of the compartments under the lid. As for the lid, nothing secures it down, it just sits on top. Overall not bad but could have held more.

This thing is the best EVER! I was keeping all my larger quantity grains (white short grain rice, brown rice, flour, etc) in pretty and large glass jars on top of my fridge. HOWEVER I've had more than one of the smaller ones break because it gets kind of precarious up there. So I bought one of these on black Friday for I think around 40.00. Well I got it today, and it is the BEST thing ever! I like it so much, that I just bought another one for 10.00 more because I really want two, one for all my different rices/barley/oats, and one for my flour, sugar, and some other MSC high volume ingredients. It frees up space, AND makes it so I don't have to get a step stool, because I can reach and spin, press the button, and fill the cup.I wish I had gotten it so much sooner!
