Not sturdy at all. Had to reinforce with packaging tape and cardboard to use! Very flimsy.

These aren't fancy or anything, but they do their job and they do it well. I've used these to organize various projects, and each file jacket has had to accommodate unorthodox-sized materials, some overloaded and some with only a few items. They've all held up well to even daily handling without a tear or anything. They hold open well when fully expanded but do not really stand up well on their own (which I wouldn't expect them to, but it helps to know). Solid stock, colors match the picture.

I frequently carry multiple documents with me and was looking for something that would keep paperwork together in my bag. These seemed like a good option for this, and I liked the black color. While they are working for this purpose, after only a short period of use the jackets are already showing wear at the corners. I do not expect they will last for a long time. If you just want these to hold some papers inside a filing cabinet they might be a good solution, but if you need to travel with documents they are probably not the best option.

I’m always afraid of losing receipts out of the side of folders — this makes it much easier to store my projects without the loss of any smaller papers.2 inch size was perfect for me.Color makes it fun to do grown up stuff.Stoked with these.

These are very sturdy expanding files. The color is vibrate, and everything I expected. These are perfect for organizing large amounts of paperwork, as the expanding nature holds everything securely. I find normal file folders cumbersome with dealing with large amounts of paperwork, and these eliminate that problem. The sealed ends that expand with the amount of paperwork controls the cumbersome issues by keeping the paperwork secure in the file. These still fit in file cabinets/boxes perfectly.If you are needing sturdy, secure oversized file jackets these are perfect. I highly recommend and will be getting more as I need them from this manufacturer.

I ordered a 6-pack of 1” expansion file jackets (blue), and they do exactly what I wanted them to do: hold the limited but necessary paperwork for ongoing projects. I keep the jackets in my desktop inbox, where I can quickly put my hand right on the project I need. The blue color is attractive and bright, but not so bright that it’s distracting. Papers sized 8.5x11 inches fit perfectly in the jacket. The front of the jacket is lower than the back, leaving room on the back at the top for labeling. The jackets fit without a problem into a letter-sized filing cabinet. The weight is okay; could be thicker, but they’re sturdy enough to do the job.All together, I’m happy with these jackets, although I do think they’re priced too high; they’re less expensive when buying a larger quantity, but I only needed six.

These file folder jackets are exactly what I was looking for ― a colorful folder that is larger than a standard folder, but not so wide that it can hold a 5” binder. This is right in the middle. I chose the purple, which is a nice, deep, dark purple. The quality seems right for this price point. It feels like the same quality of folder that you get with standard, thin manila folders. I would definitely recommend.
