I purchased this item to help prevent straining my back to pickup balls. It does serve the purpose but you just have to make sure you place the tip directly over the ball or the ball will roll. Wish it was more of an automatic "suction" verses manual

Wish there is an instruction with the package. Can’t figure out how to release the balls from the tube after pick up. I have been pulling the tube from the middle in order to release the picked up balls. Could use help!

This is the 3rd ball picker upper I’ve purchased. It’s a great addition to your ping pong space as it saves the back! However, with this order they did not include the 10 ping pong balls as promised. I received them in my prior purchases. I wasn’t able to find how to contact the seller so will let it go. So you may or may not receive the ping pong balls.
