if you are a Jill Miller fan, you know what I'm saying, and this is a great dupe. The Coregeous Ball is really top-tier, but this is a good replacement, or supplement. Her ball has a more amazing texture, it's grippy but not sticky. This ball is a smidge sticky (not like STICKY) in comparison but totally works as a dupe.I already have a Coregeous Ball but just couldn't spend the money again, and I need two for some Jill Miller webinar I'm going to do, and this will do the trick.You can underinflate this ball if desired.

I bought this ball to use for physio. It came with a straw to inflate it, but I have a small hand pump that is for these type of things and it was quite easy to inflate it with that. Feels nice and sturdy when I use it. Excellent value. Satisfied.

Perfect size ball for my physical therapy and very easy to put together. My only concern is the straw that you blow it up with was stuck to the plastic and caused a couple of indents in the plastic so hoping this doesn’t weaken the ball or cause a hole in the near future. Otherwise, happy with it and arrived quickly.

I love this ball easy to inflate with a straw which is included. It's perfect for sit ups, and back stretches not too hard or too soft
