Given the price of this item, I expected excellent construction, materials( and fittings. That’s not the case. Right now with the construction poly and the average to mediocre materials I would not have purchased a product.

My daughter wanted a fancy picnic basket for her birthday since she was going glamping. She loved the basket and everything that came with it but was disappointed to see 2 broken wine glasses. However, Joy with Picnic at Ascot made sure the replacements were delivered to my daughter ASAP. Needless to say my daughter is very pleased! We highly recommend this product!

Sturdy basket, lots of room for food and beverages. My complaint is that the plates sent were the wrong pattern. They are supposed to match the napkins (which is the pattern I selected). Since this was a gift that's a bit of a bummer, and no time to return for replacement before the event. Otherwise everything arrived in good order. and this seems like a well made basket.

Product arrived as expected. Upon opening there were two empty boxes, apparently for filler. Plates were packaged separately and fine along with blanket, coffee service. The silverware was not packed or secured and was clanging around the basket, some had fallen out and was in the bottom of the box. The basket itself seems well made, it is a beautiful set. There are some minor flaws but nothing major. Biggest disappointment is there were no napkins provided as stated in the description of items included. Will be contacting seller to amend this. Will update as needed.
