Higher quality than expected, measurements are spot-on.As another reviewer notes, the springs do need to be separated from one another.I found that gentle counter-clockwise twisting easily separates multiple springs, which show surprising uniformity once separated (see images).Lastly, I held the entire package up to a large magnet and found 0 magnetic attraction, which should be the case for copper.Very satisfied with the value and quality of these springs, looking forward to project use.

While these are return springs designed for use on a piano, I am restoring a vintage electric guitar and need springs to fit under the pick ups to allow adjusting up and down.Finding the right size springs seemed all but impossible. Just by chance I placed the order for these. They were a perfect fit!!Comes in an unlabeled box with the springs inside in a ziplock plastic bag. They say that there are 90 in there but there is no way that i could begin to count them all. Springs get all tangled up when stored like this in a single bag. They are easily compressed and return to their normal state quickly. The ends are wound tightly with the middle section a loose wind. These are made of copper. Sort of the size of a writing pen spring.I am very pleased with them and they will now allow me to complete the restoration.
