  • Allows you to refill and bleed a completely dry brake or clutch system. Perform Reverse, Vacuum, Pressure and Bench brake and clutch bleeding all with the same tool.
  • The V-5 is considered a Light Duty brake bleeder tool for intermittent use. Compatible with DOT 3, 4 and 5.1 brake fluid. (most vehicles use DOT 3 or 4).
  • Is the easiest one-person brake and clutch bleeder you will ever use. No more asking your family or friends to help you finish a brake job.

If you do mechanic work, you probably already know something about pressure, vacuum and reverse bleeding brakes. And one thing you’ve definitely learned over the years is that brake and clutch bleeding can be a cumbersome and time-consuming process – particularly for EV electric vehicles, hybrids, ATV's, trucks, cars, trailers, motorcycles and especially for ABS Anti-Lock Brake Systems'. Which is why you may be surprised to find out there’s a tool that can make bleeding brakes fast and easy – and oh, we should also mention: extremely simple. It’s called the Phoenix V-5 Light Duty DIY Reverse Brake Bleeder, and we’re certain it’ll change the way you think about brake bleeding. With the Phoenix V-5, one parson can bleed the brakes on any vehicle in 10 minutes or less – even if it’s a tough ABS job (you won’t need a scan tool or special clips). Tip: Our Patented Reverse Bleed Technology is what makes this tool so unique. The Phoenix V-5 Reverse Brake Bleeder is a revolutionary tool based on an incredibly obvious concept: Air wants to go up. That’s it. Traditional brake bleeding tools and techniques fight this principle. At Phoenix, we harness it, so you can quickly remove all the air from the whole braking system. Reverse bleeding: It’s an idea so simply and obviously right that most people ask, Why didn’t anyone think of that before?

Was great for 3 out of 4 wheels, then it started leaking. It would push fluid into the caliper but then refill itself with air that leaked in around the tubing fitting. Next stroke would push all air into the caliper.Cheap vinyl tubing that presses onto the plastic fittings. Low quality materials. Maybe I can find another use for the pump as that works well.Missed the 30 day return window so I’m stuck with it. Maybe I’ll try contacting the manufacturer and see if they’ll give me anything back.

This is a great product and worked ok for the first time ! It sat for a few months sealed up . No pressure . Now it just spits and sputters trying to get a good bleed but never dose . Now my I ashy that I only use silicone brake fluid for the high temp values .Just an exchange with no shipping fee for me !Thank you !

I got this, hoping it would work for bleeding the clutch, and brakes. To say I am disappointed would be an understatement. I followed the instructions provided, such as they are, and it doesn't work. It does leak like a sieve, though, as the fittings do not hold any pressure in, no matter how slight. Once the plunger is pressed, it doesn't come back open, it just stays. I don't cuss in reviews, but I sure did trying to use this worthless so called "tool". I'll stick to using my vacuum bleeder, or getting help bleeding brakes. This is going back in the case for good. Complete waste of my money, and effort.

It was adding air bubble from fill container hose nipple, added a zip tie on hose and fixed issue. Other than than it worked good. They should update photos is directions also.. I think they put wrong end on some hoses. Howerever that is an easy fix with a torch and cutters.

Used it to bleed the brakes on our bike. Also used the change brake fluid in rear brakes on same bike. Makes the task so much easier.

First draw out fluid from your master cylinder with the tool. Then follow simple instructions to put new fluid in and push air out with minimal drips. Best tool out there.
